#Castles Maintenance did attend to fix the fault on my boiler and did amazing job. Diagnosed correctly the issue when #plumbforcedirect said my gas valve needed to be changed and part would cost me 595, basically tried to scam me! We use this company at work as our maintenance contractor and they are doing amazingly well. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

As managing agents we use Castles Maintenance from blocked toilets & broken handles to boiler breakdowns & roof repairs. They are always professional & considerate to our tenants requirements which is of utmost important to us.

I have used Castles Maintenance for many jobs and they have been a delight to work with. Their team are helpful, friendly and responsive. To date they have helped me out with everything from faulty gates to leaking roofs. Our tenants are happy and so are we. Highly recommended.

The agent failed to let me know that they were changing the lock for the front door. However, he said that it was all last minute that the front main door lock was being changed due to the faulty lock a tenant complained about. The agent said the manager instructed the locksmith to give all 3 tenants a key. When he saw me he didn't even want to give me a key to my own flat front main door.

The locksmith never knocked on my door once to let them he was changing the lock. It was only because I heard noise I knew something was up. He could have rang my buzzer. If I wasn't home I would have been locked outside. When I asked the agent for the number to make a complaint I supposedly got called by this company. I explained the whole situation.

I asked for the manager. The person on the phone said they are the owner. He was almost dismissing my complaint and said he apologised even though he doesn't think he should apologise. To me that was rude and passive aggressive and unprofessional. If you're going to apologise. Apologise and meant it. Do not do business with this company. Anyone who is renting I feel sorry for you if your agent uses this company to change a key.

That respone below you just gave is a lie Castles Maintenance. My agent said that he told you to give all 3 tenants keys. So you are now lying on the agent. I spoke to him at the time and that is what he told me when I had a concern. About I should have a talk with my agent about this. You see you want to put the blame on someone else when you can't even own up to your mistakes and take responsibilty for your own actions. You lot are a bunch of self-entitled clowns. I hope your company shuts down and goes into liquidation. Nasty people!

As a portfolio landlord with a long list of outstanding snagging and maintenance across a number of sites, I am so thankful for having been introduced to Castles who have taken charge of all of the outstanding matters much to my tenants / customers satisfaction. Castles have a wide array of tradesman and no job is ever too big or too small for them! They are highly organized & punctual. I'm most impressed with their communication, clear reports and images after each job is completed. Recommended!
