Our fees are very affordable as we prefer to avoid charging hourly rates for training.
Instead, we discuss training needs in advance then agree training aims, objectives and a price, leaving you free to concentrate on learning without the distraction of mounting costs.
Invite a friend or family member to also attend the training at no extra cost (ie share the costs) .
To take up this option, please let us know when booking us so that we can also discuss their needs.
We can provide one or more computers or laptops to help with training, if required (NO CHARGE) .

Jan helped me with a problem of downloading Windows updates on my laptop. He explained the reason for the problem and then fixed my laptop so I can continue using it. He kept me informed of his progress at all times. I am very impressed with his knowledge and grateful to him as his help has saved me from having to buy a new one which I was considering doing.

Jan is a gifted professional who demonstrated total reliability when working on our two laptops. He provided excellent advice in dealing with our problems and we now have two well performing laptops.
Had Jan not been contacted, we would have scrapped the laptops and bought a new one! What a saving we have had by as a result of meeting Jan!

Jan picked up my pc the day I called, and delivered it back fully working with all work completed as discuss, and an explanation of what a mess it was in and how to avoid it getting in a state again! I cannot recommend Jan highly enough . He gave me the invaluable advice and support I needed to transform the IT equipment I had accumulated over the years into a much simpler, more effective working system in a very short space of time. With some things he explained how I could sort it for myself … with others, he did it for me. He removed the hard disk from my 10 year old PC, retrieved the files I wanted to keep on to a memory stick and shredded anything else. All this for a more than reasonable price. Thank you Jan …I could never have done this without you!

I had been having problems with a very slow PC and was on the verge of replacing mine. However, Jan carried out an extensive clean-up and as a result my PC is working much quicker! Jan also took the time to explain what he was doing and why, so I even learnt a few things too. Definitely recommend his service - he was very thorough and conscientious.

I contacted Jan to ask him to install a new printer/ scanner, and then give my computer an MOT. I was most impressed. He came quickly and spent all the time necessary to complete the job. My computer now runs much faster and more efficiently. Very satisfying. A further problem arose: Jan came quickly and solved the difficulty. It took ages for our PC to do anything! Eg. we got used to doing other stuff while waiting to print something. Changing from one thing to another was really frustrating and using the Internet was becoming increasingly difficult. 'You need to upgrade broadband.' 'It's old get a laptop' were comments I received. In 2 hours on site, Jan had cleared loads of background stuff from the PC never used and which was messing things up.
At same time he gave simple explanations of how the PC works. No need to upgrade broadband. It is fine for what we need. Now its a pleasure to use it! Great service. Folks, you are dealing with someone who knows what he is doing and is trustworthy. Thanks Jan.
