Luke answered my Facebook messages despite it being the middle of the night. The guys gave me good advice and kept me informed the entire time my PC was with them. Wouldn't touch them with a bargepole. I paid 90 for them to order a graphics card four weeks ago. They kept telling me the graphics card hadn't been delivered, and on two consecutive Saturday's they've told me it came into the country and they paid for the import tax "yesterday." When I told them I felt I was being led around the houses, the owner threatened to hang up. Great customer service. NOT. AVOID. AVOID. AVOID.
