We provide data recovery services throughout the UK for all types of storage media. From all hard drives, SSD, RAID and Tape, to USB memory sticks, photo cards and old even old floppy disks, CDs, and DVDs. For most recoveries we offer a free diagnosis and if it's not possible to recover your CRITICAL data, then there is no charge for the recovery work.
Established in 1999 we have become one of the leading data recovery companies in Europe and are known and respected throughout the data recovery trade. We are able to recover data from all makes of computer, server and hard disk manufacturer. From RAID systems, tape backup and memory cards. We do work for other data recovery companies throughout Europe and often recover where others have failed.
All information entered into the form is used only to reply to your request. Information is never passed to any third party nor will it be used for any other purpose other than contacting you about the subject matter. We are based in Hitchin, Hertfordshire, close to the Bedfordshire border and are within easy driving distance of Central London.
The Global Data Recovery Alliance (GDRA) was started up by four initial companies that had the skills that would enable them to build on shared knowledge between the organisations. The original four companies were. Through a co-operation not seen in many other trades, knowledge is shared. Because each company is in a different country it is unlikely that there would be any territorial disputes. The rules are; that only one member per country is allowed and that they have to meet strict criteria in order to qualify.
When we receive a drive that has been opened, then we may make an 'opened drive' charge. This is made to cover the costs of the financial risk involved in working with such cases. For an external drive, if you have removed the external case and the physical hard disk has not been opened then the charge would not apply.

I just had my data recovered by Mike and his team and I can now say they did an awesome job! Because of a faulty SD card I lost all the memories of a journey abroad. MjM recovered all the data for a very fair price compared with other competitors (I sent 5 RFQs total) and in a glimpse! Moreover, Mike is very responsive and helpful, that was the best customer experience I ever had. I definitely recommend, other comments don't lie!

A failed 3TB external hard drive, which had been previously unsuccessfully recovered by another data recovery company, was resurrected by MjM so effectively that every single file has been recovered. Quite amazing and for a price that is lower than many others. I would not hesitate to recommend MjM to anyone with a data recovery problem. Many thanks.

I sent a Sophos Safeguard encrypted laptop drive to MJM as the internal processes used in my company for recover were unsuccessful. Due to this I had significant worries that the data would not be recoverable but after sending MJM a token file and going through a challenge/response they were able to recover everything needed. Fantastic communication throughout. Will certainly be using again in the future if required.

I sent MJM my memory stick as it was 'dead'; it had suddenly stopped working. I have never been in this predicament before, so I started to search the web for a data recovery company I could trust. Having contacted four data recovery companies, I decided to choose MJM as they came across as genuine, professional and reasonable in price. MJM managed to recover my data, and I was so pleased as this saved me hours of work. The whole process of me sending the memory stick to MJM and receiving a new memory stick with my recovered data, took about four days. I am pleased with MJM's service.

Several years ago I had to recover data from drives RAID configured drives that were in a Netgear home NAS box. MJM had terrible trouble getting the data back due to the non-standard method Netgear had decided to use. They went out and bought the same box and reverse engineered a solution! It took a long time but they did get the data back. With the cost of the NAS factored in, I doubt they made much profit from that particular job either. I have used them ever since. Friendly, very knowledgeable and will to go the full mile.

After my hard drive with several years of treasured photos got damaged I was thinking the worst. Within a day of contacting this company they delivered me the good news that all the information was recoverable. They were very friendly, their service was extremely fast and communication faultless. I would definitely recommend them. Their were no hidden fees just a fixed price.

After a hard disk failure, I was concerned by the risks posed by many of the data recovery specialists I contacted. I chose MJM because they charge a reasonable fixed price, and because they are relatively local. They were polite and efficient, and retrieved my precious data quickly. I couldn't ask for more.

Following a failure on one of my QNAP Archive devices I was unable to connect to the LUNs on the device. MJM were called and quickly put me at ease with their professional and confident response. After sending the device to them on a Friday I was called on the Monday to be told they had recovered my data and had it on a portable hard drive for me.
Payment was arrange and my device and the portable drive returned to me. I couldn't have asked for a better service and at a price that far outstripped a well known competitor!
