Computer Solutions Worcester

I couldn't recommend Richard and Nick at Computer Solutions any more highly! I recently had a problem with my Macbook screen, and after taking the laptop into the shop, I felt so at ease and confident that both Richard and Nick would be able to sort it. They know how important the laptop is to me and ensured the fix was completed ASAP for me. Now I have my laptop back and it's like new again!

Had a dodgy laptop charging port due to my own careless misuse. Gave it to these guys and they ordered the part, fixed it (it was worse than originally thought), gave it a clean and got it back to me in good time for a fair price! All with some friendly banter too! Will definitely use again if my laptop needs more repairing (hopefully not). Cheers, Chrishroom

We had a problem installing some parts for an upgrade on a gaming PC. We called up for advice and half an hour later we had already dropped it off with Computer Solutions. We picked up the PC a few hours later with everything sorted. I thought we were going to have a real battle to sort things out when everything went down on a Friday night but less than 24 hours later, we were up and running again. Excellent service.

These jokers are not to be trusted. I took my high end machine in for repair and they blatantly installed sub-standard non-retail components thinking I wouldn't notice. Eventually, they kind of fixed it properly, but not before downgrading the motherboard to a real cheap one. Beware and go elsewhere if you have a choice. Update: They remember me perfectly well despite their apparent memory loss.

With a dead laptop I was just about ready to give up the will to live trying to get sense out of the 'Technical Support' from my computer retailer/ manufacturer. I knew Richard and Nick at Computer Solutions would sort it out though. No nonsense advice, great service, really know their stuff and a sensible price. Basically, if the big computer retailer/manufacturing companies were only half decent they would have a lot of happy customers - but they aren't which is why I am more than happy to recommend Computer Solutions. They definitely saved my sanity today - and all my data!

My laptop's internal screen cracked, emailed this place and got a response straight away! Went into the shop on the same day and a day later the screen was back to its perfect condition! Great value for money, excellent customer service, and I would return if I had any further issues with my laptop, Would recommend! :

Excellent service when our laptop crashed. Bought a new one and all our info was downloaded in less than 24 hours ready for collection. All at very reasonable cost. Many thanks Richard.

Great service - expert and friendly.

Got a fantastic solution to a broken screen/hinge for one third the price of other places! They clearly enjoy and know what they're doing, and I loved chatting about the ideas with them. Nick even got into the aesthetic ideas of how to make it look great, which is above and beyond. Will 100% go back with any computer issues I have.

A panicing director with a dead laptop and no backup. They sorted in a couple of days (recovered all the data) and even allowed the computer to stop for the week.
