Bits 'N PC's

I run a Remote PA business in Worcester so you can imagine when I could not start my PC this morning it was a major problem. I spoke to Bits & PC's and they told me to bring in down and they would look at it. They were brilliant, dealt with the problem very quickly and I was back up and running in less than 30 minutes, including driving to and from the shop.

I would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone and have told my software support how good they were so hopefully this will generate some further business for them. Great to have customer support with a smile.

Just liked to give these chaps a big thumbs. I bought my own laptop from them and always take it back to them if there are any issues, normally there are non other than the need to upgrade it. Today I had to sort out the office of a mental health charity in the city that I am trying to get restarted. In the office I found five old laptops well ( 2 were geriatric) and 3 I didn't know about.

I took them all in there intending just to get them recycled on or assessed whether they were any good. They explained to me that they take in old laptops and refurb them and give them to the Salvation Army to pass on to people that need them. In my case as I explained we would hopefully use them again going forwards in the MH charity they said they would have a look an install Windows 11 on those they could and wipe the old data. 2 hours later Piotr contacted me all done only 2 were any good one of the other initial 3 that looked a possibility would not boot up.

They explained to me that one of the repaired one was quite a decent laptop and the other also could be a tablet. There was no charge for this excellent service and I could not recommend these guys highly enough. Its great to see a business trying to help organisations that don't have much money but are trying to help people.

Piotr and his crew have been truly excellent building my new high end PC. They have been professional, reasonably priced, responsive, and happy to share their insight on the build components. Couldn't be any happier with my new setup too. Cable management was done really decently, everything configured and ready to use on collection. Overall great company and highly recommended. Went in to get my laptop battery replaced, expecting it to take a few days. They installed a new battery within five minutes and talked me through how to look after my laptop better. Super friendly service and within my small budget!

After experiencing trouble with my PC and having visited larger IT stores for help with out much luck, help or support. I called Bit & Pieces on the off chance they might be able to shed more light on the problem, I have so very little knowledge or understanding of PC's, and was so relieved at the kind, genuine help advise and knowledge the guys have shared with me today. A screw came out of my HP laptop. Went back to Comet, redirected to Bits'n PC. Bit of a problem to park (Worcester yellow lines) but well worth the effort. Showed them the problem, a new screw was put in in seconds, addtional screws to take away. No charge. Can you get better service? I don't think so. Unbelievable service.

By far the best pc shop I visited. Very helpful and patient staff. I dealt with Peter who had comprehensive knowledge and got exactly what I was looking for. Definitely Recommended and would go again for any upgrades.

Excellent value, service and quality! In the last two weeks, we have needed help twice, once with a tablet that stopped working and once with a laptop where google chrome had stopped working. On both occasions they were very helpful and efficient.

Went for a laptop repair. Unfortunately it couldn't even fixed without buy a new graphics card which would have been expensive on a older laptop. But went back and bought a new one off him. Best laptop I had and the specs would have cost over a grand from a mainstream retailer but got it for much less.

Have bought several laptops and monitors from BitsNPCs between Dec 2018 and now (Feb 2019). Each time the advice has been helpful, honest and frank. It's really refreshing to have conversations with people with proper knowledge rather than the "sales people" you encounter at bigger establishments. I cannot fault the shop in any way, and the value for money is unbelievable. Really friendly and polite and no pressure to buy.

Broken laptop screen replaced. Part in stock, barely had time to get home and put the kettle on before they called me to say the work was done. They even cleaned the laptop case. New screen looks better than the old one ever did. Price very competitive: I couldn't have done this cheaper myself. Satisfied!
