I can't recommend this repair shop enough! If you have any issues with an Apple product (and any other as he also helped me with my Windows Laptop), this is definitely the place to go. Lukasz is knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. He diagnosed the problem with my device quickly and had it fixed in no time. The quality of their work is top-notch, and the prices are very reasonable. It's clear they care about their customers and take pride in what they do, the shop is clean as you would want all other Tech repair places to look like this! Thank you

Lucas was brilliant! He took my tv away to be diagnosed with no upfront fees. He called me the next day with the issue found and price which i felt was reasonable. That night, i was able to collect with a 12 month warranty. Fantastic service and would highly recommend!

Absolutely brilliant service. My MacBook's battery had failed and I dropped it off at Elvikrom just before closing time on a Friday (at the start of a Bank Holiday weekend, too). Lucas replaced the battery that evening, thoroughly checked that everything was working fine and my laptop was ready for collection on the Saturday morning. I could not recommend Elvikrom more highly.

Great service here! I had a problem with my Pioneer mixer. Everything was quickly diagnosed and fixed, so I was able to pick up my equipment the next day. Highly recommended if you have a problem with any electronic device

Took my ipad in for a check up as it had been 'running slow ' Upon investigation it was discovered that the problem was caused by my not having shut down various apps correctly. Even though the issue had been caused by me Lukasz refused payment due to his 'no fix no fee ' policy. A very refreshing attitude in this day and age! Wonderful customer service.

The service I received from Elvikom was exceptional. Their level of knowledge and professionalism was second to none, and their prices are equally unbeatable. I had pretty much given up on my MacBook Pro but Lucas and the team managed to bring it back to life for a fraction of the cost of replacing it. I can't recommend them highly enough.
