I needed assistance with my home computer, it was running really slowly. I contacted Will from CTA systems and he couldn't do enough from start to finish. From initial call to job completion was two days, even over the bank holiday weekend. Will upgraded my computer and helped (remotely) set up the desktop so my wife can use it for work. Will went above and beyond what I was expecting and I would highly recommend CTA.

My laptop had failed and I was concerned that I would lose all my data including personal arrangements following a bereavement. Will came out Thursday and assured me that although the laptop had probably seen better days, he was confident that he would be able to restore my data to a portable hard drive until I was able to get a new laptop. I did get another laptop and sure enough Will was on hand to set it up for me and transfer all the data from my old laptop to the new one - I could not have done it without his help.

Not only is Will an expert in his field, he is extremely caring and helpful and goes out of his way to assist in whatever way he can. I have used Will previously with a laptop problem and I would not hesitate in recommending people to contact him - no problem is too small for him. Found in Thomson Local at a point when my old laptop crashed more often than it worked. Will managed to remotely access my machine and get it working much better, until such time as he could source me a new laptop. (All without charge) This has now been delivered with a smile and patience born of sainthood as it took over an hour to copy my documents etc to the usb card in order to put on my new computer.

Will went way above and beyond what I would have expected form an IT guy. Really friendly, helpful and superb value for money. He made me feel like my problem was really important to him personally and bent over backwards to help.
