I called up Jonathan to discuss removing a stripped screw which made it impossible for me to remove my hard drive from my laptop for upgrading. After discussing the issue over the phone and possible ways I might be able to attempt it myself before bringing it in, I decided to drop off my laptop and have him attempt it instead of running the risk of doing it myself.

After leaving my laptop over lunch, I was contacted within the hour to say that he had solved the issue, absolutely incredible given that I tried every single method google had to offer in order to do it myself (get better grip with glue, solder, a rubber band, different sized screw drivers etc etc etc). Absolutely amazing. Jonathan is incredibly professional and friendly, as well as being a genuinely nice chap to talk to - well deserving of all the 5* ratings he's got on google. If I have any further technical or computing issues, I won't hesitate to come back. Thanks again.

Just a few Comments about OCTAGON IT PC Repairs... Prior to Jonathans visit we spoken extensively on the Telephone discussing the issues that needed attending to.(Approximately 30 minutes). On arrival I shown Jonathan a list of the things that needed doing. I was told I was welcome to sit in during the work that was being carried out.(NOT A THING THAT HAPPENS TOO OFTEN).

After the work had been carried out the computer was working a lot better.The visit was approximately 2 hours and the cost was fair in Comparison to others I have used
I contacted Jonathan with another concern which he attended to without any additional costs.

We had a specific low noise requirement for our computers and Jonathan at Octagon supplied us with 5 custom build PC's which were fast, quiet and reliable. We also knew that if problems did occur with the machines we just needed to pick up the phone and any problems would be addressed in a professional manner. We also had all the machines networked and individually firewalled which gave us peace of mind incase one of the machines became infected with a virus. We have been running the machines for almost 3 years now with no problems.

Jonathan helped rid us of any computer worries with extensive knowledge and all sorts of handy tips on safe surfing for myself and the kids. He arrived at our home as arranged and got us back online within half an hour. We would definitely recommend him to others and will use Octagon IT again!

If my car is playing up I call the AA. If my computer is playing up I call Jonathan. He is my emergency service where my computer is concerned. And he always gets me back up and running with the minimum of fuss and expense. Those who say that no one is indispensible have obviously never needed Jonathan or utilised his services. Once they do, their minds will be changed forever. Boy is he good - and a thoroughly decent chap as well.
