This is a highly responsive and professional team that can resolve your computing issues. As an example my MacBook failed and I needed to carry on working. The following day I was up and running with a-loan machine from Brightcall until my Mac was repaired. It was quick, painless with no data loss and kept my business running normally which is so important. I'm very grateful for Brightcalls' professionalism and responsiveness.

Our e-mails had become increasingly unreliable and so we called Neil Hutton. He worked behind the scenes to upgrade our Office package, to move us to a modern e-mail system, increase our digital security, and to synchronise our desktop, laptop, and phones. He did all of this with enormous patience, skill and understanding, and supplied loads of relevant data about hardware options.

His prices are very reasonable, and we have no hesitation in recommending him to everyone. Having subsequently bought an IMAC, Neil worked with us to set it up, transferred all of our data from our lap top, explained how to use it and to make it feel familiar. Again, his knowledge and patience are quite remarkable.

BrightCall has been my "computer guru" for several years. As far as I know they provide a service to computer.laptop, ipad, iphone users like myself to many in the RG10, Wargrave, Reading area. Many of them are acquaintances of mine and tell me how they too are very pleased with the support they receive from BrightCall Brightcall provides very useful occasional communications to their customers about the state of the computer industry, to watch out for scams etc etc.

But most valuably they get to know the individual needs of each customer, dealing with short term glitches, updating where necessary and advising on and installing new equipment. Latterly with some sight impairment I have been much helped by BrightCall; and in the circumstances of Covid-19 I have received a remote service very efficiently.

Neil Hutton of BrightCall helped me through the disaster of a failed hard disk and setting up new systems to meet the changing needs of retirement in 2020. He now provides me with occasional support when needed. He works remotely on your computer, using a system on which you can always see what he's doing, you put in the passwords when needed, and he explains things well. He's skilled, patient, used to dealing with IT experts, donkeys and dinosaurs equally, and I have found him very good at what he does.
