Just got off the phone with John regarding an issue I'm having with a PS3 console. His knowledge is absolutely outstanding! Sadly at this moment in time having the console repaired is not in my budget but he will be the first port of call if I do change my mind. Very honest and not a leech who wants to take your money he genuinely has a passion for what he does. Gave me some other alternatives to think about to maybe make things less expensive which I will definitely consider.

My sons PS4 was freezing, booting him out mid game and overheating. Just what you want in the school holidays!? Spoke to John who immediately diagnosed the problem. I dropped it off that day as we were going away on holiday. He assessed it, ordered the parts and fixed it for when we got home. Fanbloodytastic! One happy 12 year old and an even happier Mum. John is a top, trustworthy bloke. He will provide advice that is best for the customer, not necessarily looking for his own benefit all the time like other businesses of this nature.

Called this guy for a quick quote on what I should do about my fan hub that decided to set on fire. Because I have an expensive machine, he advised me it is best to send it back to them under the warranty and didn’t want to charge me for something that they could do for free. Completely open, honest and gave me a good chunk of time to explain what the best possible options are for sorting this out. 5/5 will definitely be going to him for any future problems!

Had constant issues with my PC crashing for a year. Took it to JPJ who had it fixed in half the time frame he gave me as an estimate. Haven't had a single issue in the 3 months I've had it since. Whole heartedly recommend. Will return if I have further issues.

I have to start with my issue, where HP support didn't even bother to deal with me, and even all the odds pointed towards that nothing wrong only John was the one who was actually helped me. He took the time to listen me, and understand the problem, and even going for the extra mile in his own time did helped me a lot with pointers and solutions. In the end I didn't required their service, as I had no issue physically, as he quickly looked into my problem and found some fundamental compatibility problems, which was understandable after all.

I was amazed by John's performance and professionality. Not only he is knowledgeable (not like many professional service person, like they google to translate what I'm asking, as they have no idea about) but he's passionate and definitely going for the extra mile for you! He is the one I'd turn if I have an issue, as I'm confident that he'll find a solution and won't leave me hanging in the grey like many others.

Also his business is not like the big companies, pay and I'll say after if you get anything. He is transparent, letting you know what to expect, and overall is a pleasant experience to work with. Thank you very much again!

He took the time to clean every single component, and test it thoroughly. He is incredibly skilled and knowledgeable, super professional and just passionate about computers. It was a privilege having him work on my pc and I would not want to take it to any other! I highly recommend his services!

After getting into contact with JPJ Computers about fixing my PlayStation after I dropped it they were incredibly helpful. After realising that they were based in Reading and I was calling from Southampton they still gave me excellent advise on what may be wrong with my consol and I would highly recommend their services. 20/10 for customer service

I self built my new pc and ran into a fault I could not get passed, called on John for his services and his vast experience, had the fault sorted with in the hour. Nice guy to chat with, would give more starts if I could.

I'm lazy with reviews-it took me 6 months to finally do this one. Seriously, I like John because he is the type of pro who doesn't look over other issues your PC might have simply because he is being paid to fix a specific thing.John helped fix my laptop which I had stupidly spilled tea on. He's very knowledgeable and also sped up my PC and installed a free anti-virus software for no extra charge (I didn't ask for these, but he noticed that laptop was super slow and wasn't protected). You'll get more than your money's worth, believe me.
