Popped in to get my Mac screen fixed and a wonderful human fixed it on the spot for me. Very helpful, will 100% come again with any future repairs

I called for support with an old MacBook Pro needing an installation of a OSX operating system onto it. Was able to take it down that morning. Sadly due to to an internal hardware issue this couldn’t be achieved. Went to collect it and there was no fee. I was pleasantly surprised the gent there(Mark I think) gave me in great detail the reason of the issue and a rough price I could expect if I wanted to repair it But also explained that the machine wasn’t really worth the cost of the repair. I would recommend and definitely use them again. Very professional and very knowledgeable.

Fantastic service. Would highly recommend. They were able to identify an issue which their competitors were not able to. The service was very quick as I had to fly out to Prague the next day. These guys fixed my PlayStation 4, I dropped it off in the morning and picked it up the following day. It works perfectly and actually runs quieter than when it came out the box! Great service and I'll be bringing my laptop found shortly. Many thanks.

I found my (very old) IPod in the loft and it had a shattered case and no battery life- these guys fixed it while sourcing spares that are becoming rare. Took a couple of weeks to sort and my iPod works like new now- thanks

Could be a bit clearer on the diagnostics charge up front, but they spent a long time testing my mac to find out what the issue was and they kept me up to date on progress. They replaced a part for a reasonable price so I was happy, and other companies in the area offering mac repairs had shown little interest when I had called them. So pretty good I thought.

Absolute rip off! My MacBook Air stopped working, brought it there as close to home. They charged me 98 telling me it was probably just some dump in it. Then phoned me few days later asking 450 more to change the mother board that apparently broke by itself for no reason at all! Was not happy with that and brought it somewhere else where they ensured me the mother board most of the times can be repaired and also they noticed I was using the wrong adaptor. Tbh I know pretty much nothing about computers, but the different approach i experience in this place and the other made me realise that here they were just trying to get more money from me without really trying to sort out the problem. Wish I read the other reviews first :/

Took my water damaged mac pro in, (apple wrote it off) paid the service charge for it to be dried and the money to replace sound card and BANG. 280 (or something) vs a new machine. Done in a day, nice guy.

Replaced my damaged Lenovo Thinkpad's display within a day after its arrival. The technician James did a good job.

Absolute disgrace of a place, i cycled there on a horrible rainy day, dropped my girlfriends laptop off, wasn't thinking correctly, in all honesty totally forgot to discuss price. To then get a phone call from them telling me the diagnostics cost of a water damaged macbook was going to be 90-100 let alone the actual repair cost. how anyone who claims to be called a specialist can take 2-3 hours to diagnose a water damaged macbook, which is something they must see numerous times each day, is beyond me. either that or they are charging 90 per hour which is just outrageous!

They swear they gave me the invoice and info on my delivery of the computer, however i do not believe this is true, it was not stated clearly enough, and judging by other reviews, they are clearly not the best at conducting their business. DO NOT make my mistake.
