After a telephone call, my computer was swiftly collected from my home for investigation. The problem was quickly diagnosed and a day later my computer was safely returned back to my home! I received valuable after-care advice and details of where to purchase new memory. Having very little computer knowledge this took the worry and stress out of it for me.
