Focus PC support provides Managed IT support, networks and IT solutions to a variety of Businesses, Public sector and charitable organisations. Focus utilises a small team of expert support staff, allowing us to become familiar with an organisation's specific needs.

Support levels Report

Ideal for individuals, small businesses or for IT managers with a problem beyond their team's skillset. For a monthly fixed fee (based on the size of your organisation), we'll not only cover all IT issues, but also preempt and prevent issues.

Cloud and remote working solutions Report

Many organisations need the flexibility, accessibility and cost savings that remote working provides. This may mean utilising a secure managed cloud, a private connection to your server or a combination of both.

Hardware sales Report

No point investing in a gaming spec PC for sending emails and working on spreadsheets. Likewise if you're an architect or designer you can't undercook the spec but need power n the right places. We can fully prep each PC or Mac we supply to the client's requirements including full data and setting transfer from the old device. Speak to us if this sounds better than walking into PC World or having a quick Google and hoping for the best!

AWESOME guys. They do not charge to look at your stuff. I love the free diagnostics compared to the place I went before who wanted 50 just to look at my laptop without fixing it. I was able to collect my laptop the same day completely repaired.

These guys are great. I phoned a few months ago to get some advice about a charger issue I was having, and Owen was so friendly that I tracked them down when I had another issue a few months later. They rigged up a temporary fix for me since I couldn't afford the full repair and even gave me a discount since it is only temporary. Don't let the lack of reviews fool you--they're super honest and friendly. I'd trust them with anything!
