Reboot That Ltd

Spent a week waiting for some progress, and all they said was to give me an update about repairing asap. No message no info given till the last day, and btw which I am the one who asked them about the progress. They replied: Unfortunately we haven't been able to repair the operating system and we will need to reinstall Windows 10. We can do this and copy your personal data back to the laptop (any applications will need to be reinstalled). p.s. they promised they can fix it when I asked them from the beginning In a sentence, they've done no help but made situation even worse.

I would definitely recommend Reboot That if you have any computer issues. I have used them several times in the past and have always found them to be professional, helpful and efficient. My latest contact with them was to revive an ailing laptop which I now need in order to work remotely during the current pandemic. I am absolutely delighted with the results and my laptop is performing better than it ever has done. Thank you again for your fast and friendly service.

Really helpful. Very responsive to messages. They have done a couple of repair jobs for me now and their prices are very reasonable. They're very knowledgeable, they know what they're talking about & if they can't fix your laptop or computer they won't charge you. Every pc gets a free service to extend the life of your computer as well. I won't send my computers/laptops anywhere else now after finding this company! I rate them 10/10

Awful service! Gave my laptop for windows reboot. It came back with rubber lining underneath completely ripped off and hanging down from it. Managed to get a refund after numerous calls and complains. The phone didn't go to anybody except receptionist who was beyond helpless and saying she can't give the phone to managers cause she will get in trouble. What a rubbish repair shop this is!

Soonest available collection was a week in the future. Not a problem, good sign that they're busy. I confirmed this date, but they didn't want to know yet about the work I wanted doing. Weird but OK. Didn't hear from them then until just before collection was due, they sent an email asking me to confirm I still need it. I confirm I still need the repair and ask them to call me to discuss what I actually need doing. No call, no email response and nobody shows up on the day of collection. I've emailed them since but got no response. Avoid.

Unfortunately not a good experience. They were not able to fix my laptop but that is fine enough since not all repair services out there have the same level of expertise. Main concern was their communication whereby I kept calling them daily over the course of 8-10 days and the response was a formula response where every time they made me hold on phone while trying to get in touch with an engineer and always came back saying, "they are busy, please leave your number and they would call back" - I did not even get back a single call.

Any further request would get you another formula response from the phone receptionist, "I am just a receptionist, cannot help you anymore". Clearly, not being truthful and clear enough. They do not have an office front either which makes things worse, I was glad I was able to at least get my laptop back. Finally, got my laptop fixed by another laptop repair service who were much more available and honest.

I had a liquid spill and some laptop slowness. Their Service pick and completion was super quick and price was decent. Laptop was sent back right before Christmas and seemed to working fine when received. Although, when back from holidays (laptop was not used much till then), spacebar and front keys seems a bit sticky still. So I contacted RebootThat.com to ask what was actually fixed on the machine, since I had given clear instruction.

Their reply was short and to the point "30 days warranty expired" and listed the price list again. I have replied asking for them to resolve the problem as it was pretty clear that the liquid spill was not dealt with. hence they just run some quick disk cleanup and charged me the full price of the fix. (I used to work in PcWorld, is a 5min job with usb device to cleanup the machine and make it run smooth).

The laptop keyboard is now half not functioning and I have sent it back to repair to a local engineer. As the issue was not resolved as soon as it happened, most likely the laptop (700 worth) is not very likely to get back to any working state. Thank you RebootThat!

I've been having constant issues with my laptop since I moved to London mid last year. I took it to Apple which they fixed for free only to have the laptop crash again a couple months later. I took the laptop back to Apple again in which they said that the battery is busted and the complete repair job would be £515 which I thought was just ridiculous.

Emailed Kevin at Reboot on Friday. Courier arrived an hour later at my office to collect my laptop. Saturday morning my laptop was dropped back to my flat completely repaired and working great. Very efficient and reliable service. Could not recommend highly enough.

My laptop had a new motherboard, full clean and update. All my questions were answered very quickly, they did more to help than what I ever expected and for an amazing price. My laptop was returned very quickly, in a great working condition and it was very helpful to have it collected and returned to my chosen address.

I was delighted with Reboot. Kevin came immediately on line, asked for details of my problems.
