1ComputerCare Is the performance of your PC gradually deteriorating to the point where it is slowing your progress? These are typical software problems we can resolve - usually without a full reinstallation and loss of data. Don't replace the whole computer when just one or two hardware parts have failed. We can diagnose the cause of a fault and advise whether proceeding is economically viable.

Often we can replace a single item and get the computer back to you for less than a quarter of the cost of a new model. Sometimes one or two hardware replacements are sufficient to rejuvenate an old friend, other times a complete new tablet, laptop or tower computer.

Thank you for considering 1ComputerCare for your computer's repair and maintenance. My aim is to provide a level of support and service that encourages repeat business and referrals. Where it is not possible for a complaint to be resolved, the client will be given a clear explanation in writing. The client will also be given a copy of the Buy With Confidence customer feedback leaflet and advised that they can contact the Trading Standards Service if they wish to do so.All actions taken regarding a complaint, including letters, telephone calls and site visits, will be recorded in the complaint log, which will be reviewed on a quarterly basis.

Once again Eugene has responded quickly to my email questions (on a bank holiday!) with helpful and complete answers. I had been getting some warning notices from Windows that meant nothing to me.

While not absolutely necessary, adding attribution does give your comments more significance.
If the scope of the work is clearly definable at the start of a job, clients may choose a fixed price (examples below) before the start of the job. Otherwise a variable time based rate, perhaps with a pre-determined maximum, will apply. The variable rate is 40 an hour for workshop based jobs or 50 an hour for work undertaken at the client's premises.

'A Safe Pair of Hands' I haven't kept a history of the work that Eugene Gardner of 1ComputerCare has carried out for me over many years, so I can't say how long I have been using his services. What I am sure of, however, is that like the rising sun, his technical expertise, courtesy and patience is the one thing you may be absolutely sure of. I don't consider myself to be an absolute dummy when it comes to IT matters but then I'm no expert either.

When IT things go wrong (as they do) I'm prepared to 'have a go' myself in the secure knowledge that Eugene is around even if I screw things up! The only downside to 1ComputerCare is that he takes Sundays off and sometimes even takes holidays! Long may the Company last!

Once again Eugene has been a great help in getting my system up and running promptly. He is always knowledgeable, friendly and provides a first class service. I cannot recommend him highly enough.
