Great small business. Tom is very friendly and provides excellent customer service. Our laptop had a broken screen and the price quoted was very reasonable and only took a few days before Tom telephoned to say it was ready for collection. Tom is very knowledgeable and was happy to provide advice. Parking directly outside store.

Had a laptop screen flickering, JLA Computers had something done to the screen cable and assured me everything was fixed, however the same problem appeared 2 weeks later. When I brought the laptop back as part of the warranty, the next day I was told that the screen is black. Never had a black screen before. A day later I was advised that the screen cable needs replacing which will cost me 55.
After having my laptop for a week with them no one called me with any feedback of what is going on and only once I went to the store I was told there is a problem. The laptop screen needs replacing. That in fact they assumed the cable was damaged, however it was working fine. I requested to have my laptop back and a minute after a left the store I have noticed my pat test certificate attached to my charger was gone.
I returned to them immediately and the gentleman did not have a clue of my pat test. He said he can't find it and that it is probably at home. It is a sticker that can't fall off easily. Actually that wasn't my charger at all. The reply was " Why would anyone change the charger ". Not to mention that I had a USB mouse stick and it was not there either when I took my laptop back. I had a video recorded half an hour before I brought my laptop back and it is clear it was working and there were no black screen issues. Would never recommend.

Not great im sure some pcs dont work well if not original os on them thats why I prefer Macs as they load right os from web secure and you can't delete parts of sw so easily.after I took it to Alex (rosemary ave) hes changed his name. I took it to this place 180 pounds wasted mostly as it died around 6 to 8 weeks later it was not that old 10 years.

Not very good, had my laptop for repairs, the main problem being a bad screen hinge and a battery that didn't last but it took several attempts to get it working properly, initially it was worse than before. it stopped completely when I was abroad where a local shop diagnosed a battery with insufficient power.
