I contacted Adam as my Sony Vaio laptop had stopped working. Ran it round to him on Saturday morning where he diagnosed a faulty hard drive within about a minute. I left the machine with him and he replaced the faulty drive with a much better one and also installed windows 10, word, excel etc as part of the package. Very reasonably priced and the machine is back, faster and better than when new. All done within 24 hours and I'm delighted. Excellent service and I am more than happy to recommend Adam without hesitation

Took my gaming PC into Adam as it died on me, explained everything in my language as a complete amateur and put in plenty of hours to fix it for me as quick as he could. Price was very low and very good communication. Wouldn't hesitate to return and you shouldn't hesitate to book in with this company. Most people only review when things go wrong, but I can't fault my service.

Faced with the urgent need to replace a printer I found oncallmedia were quick to respond and provided excellent service and a backup,as an aged silver surfer I found their patience and ability to communicate very reassuring and would always refer to them when I next need help...I now fell I have a reliable first line of defence.

Adam fixed my laptop after I cannot recommend his work enough. He is polite, knowledgeable, affordable and able to solve any problems which may occur along the way.

Hard drive had crashed and I urgently needed to see if the data could be recovered. I got the laptop back on Wednesday morning all fixed, new hard drive and all data recovered.
