We turned to Computerate (Simon Clarke) when our usual IT expert could not help, and are very glad we did as the service we have obtained from Simon has been faultless and just what we needed. His approach to tasks is informal but methodical; and he perseveres until he achieves complete resolution. Taking our rather general 'wishlist', he designed, costed and installed a system that fully meets all our needs and at an attractive price. There have rarely been any problems - such as there have been were externally generated - but when they have arisen he has disposed of them comprehensively.
