From repairs, to upgrades and cloud based solutions, Allen Computer Services have years of experience in providing great quality service.
Fault diagnosis, we don't replace logic boards and will refer you to the Apple store in Exeter or Bath for more complex repairs. We can replace screens on some models but others require a whole new lid assembly with screen. As well as supplying iPad's we can help with the initial setup. Setting up an Apple ID, iCloud, Email accounts, Software updates, downloading Applications from the App Store and demonstrating how to use them, connecting to home networks and AirPrint compatible printers.We don't supply iPhones but we can set them up for you and cover all of the topics as for an iPad.
As part of our overall service we can also provide the software that you require to be able to use your Computer to its full potential. We will always discuss the options with you and take into consideration your requirements and budget. Whether your needs are met by simple free software or are more in depth and require fuller featured paid for software.

I cannot thank Tom enough for his wonderful services, his warm and helpful nature. The company inspires confidence and are trustworthy. My laptop was repaired very quickly and also benefited from a support program installed on it. And the cost surpassed my expectations, it was beyond reasonable! For me personally, this is the place to go with peace of mind, and you are sure to leave with a happy laptop! I recommend them strongly!

Well, nicest man ever came round, but got off to a very slow start I thought, eventually he got about half way to what I wanted, but could not achieve everything I wanted. 10 out of 10 for effort, but just plain had to give up in the end. I have to say, after paying 140 for this, I felt pretty disappointed and hard done by, it was only a networking job anyway!?
In the end an old friend of mine came round and managed to finish the job quite easily.! I'm dead serious.nice people, but there is no way I am impressed with the man from Allen Computers knowledge or ability.

I would recommend Allen Computer Services to look after your IT needs, as they offer a friendly, sensibly priced service & they know what they are doing. The facility to log on to a machine & deal with any issues is nothing new now, but they can & will do so & that saves time & money. Having encountered a few companies over the years, who have talked a good game, speak to Tom or Andy & sort out your IT requirements or issues with minimal hassle & expense.

I have been a customer of Allen Computer Services since 2013, perhaps longer, and I can most certainly recommend their services, be it a home visit or remote on-line access. Always responsive to panic calls (!) there has been nothing that they have not been able to fix right away or propose a way forward. They are courteous on the phone and certainly most professional and knowledgeable. I have no hesitation in recommending them.

Friendly service coupled with fast and very reliable repair work, i had both my computers go down within a few weeks of each other, after taking my Mac to a specialist in Yeovil without fixing it i gave Allen Computer service a call and local to where i was living and both was back within a day, my other computer i could't make it back in time and they dropped it off at home. Good prices too and i would certainly recommend these guys over any other repair centre
