He consulted me at every necessary step of the process taking the time to answer any questions or queries I had along the way and interpreted my ideas perfectly. Very happy client!

Mike at Platinum Arrow is a real rarity these days. He's incredibly hard working, very reliable, friendly, honest, transparent and more than anything. extremely knowledgeable. Every now and then I come across issues that are beyond my fairly limited technical knowledge, and when I do, I go to Platinum Arrow, because I know Mike will have the answer.

If he doesn't he'll go away, do some investigating, and then come back with a solution. Nothing is too much trouble, and he never treats you like a computer dummy. I would highly recommend using Platinum Arrow for pretty much anything IT related and every single person that I have referred their way has been blown away by the quality of their service, many of them turning into long term satisfied customers. Just don't look anywhere else. It's pointless.

Platinum Arrow were initially engaged to provide our charity, Headway Rotherham, with a modern website to assist with our online presence. This was delivered in a very timely, professional manner and since then we have used their other IT services to upgrade and maintain our office PCs (they even helped setup an online backup system to keep our crucial documents secure). Michael updated my laptop from windows 7 to Windows 10. Now its like a new laptop. Top job Michael, thank you. He even fixed my internet connection at no extra cost. What more can I say 5***** Job. Thanks again Michael.

Mike came today to sort out an update problem which had left me unable to use my music library, something I rely on as a rehearsal tool for the various choirs I belong to. He was punctual, friendly and best of all, he got everything back in working order, as well as giving me advice on other issues. I would highly recommend him and although I hope things don't go wrong in the future, at least now I know where to go if they do.

Michael agreed to look at my laptop and explained the potential repairs it would need. He said it would be no fix no fee. He took it away and the next day he explained that the hard drive was broke and it would need a new one. He put in a new hard drive and reinstalled everything. HD managed to recover the data and gave me the old one back, explaining that although it wouldnt boot a laptop but it could act as a plug in drive. All of this was at a very reasonable price. Would definitely recommend.
