Our policy is to give a free quote for any repair that will cost more than £50 and unlike many other computer repair services we do not charge an inspection fee.

Critical: Professionalism, Responsiveness Fine at selling you their products but don't expect any after sales service. Failed to install a simple web cam despite being aware that this was urgent. Not even sure that a web cam was the most appropriate answer anyway as there should have been a microphone in the original set up.

Always receive excellent service and advice on everything from what printer cartridges we need to advice on which lap top is best for us. They always try to repair things and are never pushy regarding sales. Repairs are completed speedily and are very reasonably priced. They willingly offer help and advice, for free and are a knowledgeable and thoughtful team.

Absolutely amazing service from Somerton Computing. My computer died with the dreaded Microsoft blue screen, and it is essential for my work. So I panicked. Steve quite simply took over, and told me everything he was proposing to do. At one stage I thought it would be cheaper to buy a new computer. But, when I got the bill, it was less than a meal out for two without drinks! Fantastic service and very professional. Recommend Somerton Computing without hesitation! Thanks again, guys!

I bought my laptop from here quite a few years ago (6+) and it's been a solid performer until recently when the screen went, I took it to them on Monday and got it back Wednesday morning fully functional. They even serviced it for me, it looks and runs like new!!!! I'm really impressed by the great service.

Visiting from Australia and sadly my laptop didn’t travel too well. Steve and the team from Somerton Computing couldn’t have been more helpful.
Unfortunately, the laptop was past repair so they transferred my hard drive into a refurbished Acer, had me up and running again within a few hours. Everything was done at a very affordable cost and importantly, with no loss of data.
As a freelance writer and researcher, I’m highly dependent on my laptop, so very impressed by Somerton Computing’s depth of knowledge and commitment to customer service. Thanks guy’s – I’d give you 6 stars if I could. Denise from D'Scribe

I can only try to express my absolute confidence and satisfaction in the team at Somerton Computing. I had an extremely nasty infection on my laptop (which is still under warranty). Naturally I was nervous about handing it over. I shouldn't have been as these guys are real professionals, they are knowledgeable, informative, courteous and damn good at what they do.

The team helped me out when I was in trouble with my last laptop, I was down in Somerset ,staying with relatives , they were top notch ,explaining where I had gone wrong. Now thinking of buying another, as my grandson took mine to help him with college work, he needed it more than I did at that time. I am coming down to West Lydford, soon so I will pop in and see what's available for a silver surfer. The team are helpful, patient, and friendly.

They (David and Steve) very calmly explained that I hadn't lost any data and graciously booked it in to work their magic. When I got it back it was like new again!
