With a background in software programming and development as well as management and telecoms, MD Simon Isherwood founded Sitec IT in 2004. He realised that small businesses weren't getting the IT services and support that they needed. In fact often small businesses had no one they trusted that they could turn to for help.
Simon is the Managing Director and has worked in the industry since the late 1980's. He has held senior positions at Legion Telecommunications, Vanguard Medica and Unichem before setting up his own company in 2004. He understands how businesses work and what they need and he's very much a people person.
If you're a small business in Surrey, Sussex or Hampshire with no IT department do you know how efficient your office systems really are? And what will happen when your server crashes or something goes wrong? How will you cope? Just because nothing's gone wrong in a while, doesn't mean that nothing is wrong.
With our basic support service we've got you well covered. You'll get unlimited telephone and often unlimited support time per month, (depending on the size or your company). All support includes hardware break/fix support. Parts are a chargeable item at the standard market value. And our response time is between 1 and 8 hours although if we can, we'll get to you sooner.
