We have had Kimbley IT as our outsourced IT provider for the last 4 years. They keep us informed and are very responsive and helpful. As a business owner there are so many things which naturally you need to fix or sort. Being able to quickly delegate to Kimbley has taken a big weight of my mind and also freed me up to do the things I need to do. Yes, we may have disagreements occasionally about apple vs windows vs chromebooks, but we highly recommend them as a business. In fact we have recommended them to our client base.

Kimbley IT are quite simply the best IT company I have ever used. Not only are they knowledgeable and experienced, they are passionate about what they do too. They take time to listen to our requirements, and have bent over backwards to accommodate our needs. It's taken time to get used to G-Suite after using Microsoft Office365 for so many years, but James and Kyle have been with us for every step of the journey. I cannot recommend these guys highly enough.

We are a small property development company that decided to upgrade our bulky servers in our office to a new virtual Google Apps system. Kimbley IT helped us to migrate all of our Outlook emails to Gmail, along with our data to the new Google Drive. Kimbley IT ensured that the whole process went as smoothly as possible and that it didn't affect the day to day running of the company.

Would highly recommend this company, from first contact they were very helpful and very knowledgable. Always kept in contact with me letting me know exaclly what was going on so that there were no surprises on cost, and kept me up to date on progress etc. Had a laptop that had a badly cracked screen and also had a netbook that the screen kept going off or locking up the track pad etc. They were taken away and repaired and returned. Excellent service.

My computer suddenly died on me, I phoned Kimbley and the next day James collected it, diagnosed fault as terminal (dead motherboard), helped me choose a suitable replacement, transferred data over for me and I was up and running again in a few days. Very efficient service at a good price, have already recommended to others.

Excellent Service!! They came out to fix my laptop as soon as they could, which was within 24 hours. Responded to me within 15 minutes of leaving a message. Tried to help me over the phone, but as soon as I couldn't do it they arranged to come out to see me. They text with an ETA which was really helpful so I could plan me evening, and arrived exactly the time the text said. When he arrived, he was very friendly and helpful and completely fixed my laptop in no time at all!! Would strongly recommend to other companies/people!!
