After each support query or on-site visit we will send you an e-mail stating what the issue & solution was, so you can refer to this in future and control your expenditure. We promise to use plain, jargon-free language at all times.
Many of our competitors will take full control of your systems, contractually preventing you from fixing issues yourself or performing standard maintenance tasks such as adding new e-mail users or using new software. We believe that if you can solve a problem yourself you should be able to go ahead.
