Avoid this company, there is a thread of Reddit. This guy is attacking a IT Analyst like a child because he does not have the same technical skills and is jealous of their reckoned reputation. Many of our clients are reporting this guy on our platform. I spoke to him on the phone, he was a very rude man with a lot of hatred. They replaced a hinge on my laptop lid. The repair involved separation of the underside of the main body from the keyboard. Their communication throughout the time they had my device was poor at best. I had to call them for updates and the repairer went on holiday leaving my device in a a part strip-down state with his boss Paul not knowing what was needed.
When I finally went to collect the laptop I pointed out damage to the keyboard panel, in the corner that the hinge was replaced. The damage is in the form of a 'outdent', a raised lump that could only have been caused from under the the panel. Paul quickly denied responsibility and suggested that it existed when I brought the laptop to them. Claiming that anything could have caused it during my ownership. Paul's behaviour and lack of empathy left me speechless.
He never demonstrated any value in me as a customer and allowed his emotion to control the narrative. The damage is cosmetic and something I can live with but Paul never tried to establish what I wanted! I could not recommend them and should you use them, keep away from Paul, he does not value customers!

The staff go out of their way to assist with computer problems. Their knowledge is absolutely top notch. They are completely trustworthy. I have dealt with them for 15 years and each time they have resolved any computer problems I have experienced. They are completely trustworthy. I would not deal with anyone else. Can't recommend them highly enough.

I had an issue with my PC display flickering. After days of trying to fix it trying all sorts I gave up and went to Danoli. I met Adam who was a great help, did a diagnostic of my PC to confirm I had no faulty hardware. Over the coming days I tried a number of things with my PC and Adam always at the end of the phone (thanks for putting up with me!) until things were finally fixed! Couldn't recommend Danoli enough, thank you.

I gave him my old Lennovo to transfer all the stuff which was done and is fine. I had a go to set it up ( first time ) and managed most of it, but with the on line support from Adam and friendly discussions I've got it up and running and am very pleased, Adam suggested Google Crome and that too is excellent. A brilliant service and I would strongly recommend this great local Company

So, my review had to change because a fault that was noted by another repair company. The charger supplied by Danoli was not satisfactory, but worked during my time at university so did not bother me. Months later after returning home however, I had to go get a second charger as the one supplied by Danoli was the wrong wattage. This could result in overheating which can be dangerous before it too died.
As a result, I cannot recommend them as they saw the charger I was supplied (first party for my laptop) and failed to supply a charger that was suitable. I was recommended this place, so it cannot be as bad a place as I received service but consider this buyers caution. Double check wattage and input of the charger you're using beforehand. You shouldn't have to, but it will help in the long run.

My app on my iPad refused to open. It contained 3 years worth of writing, I could only find some work backed up to August 2014 .. So a huge amount missing. I took it to Danoli ( they sort all my PC problems) and they have come up trumps again. They sorted it and I have the majority of my work back :) ( the small bit I've lost is my fault for not backing it up straight away. They can't fix sloppiness ) Not sure I would trust anyone else with my computer tech problems. They are the best.

First class service. I wouldn't use any other company. I have been using Danoli for about 10 years. Always get first class service. Wish they hadn't closed their St. Helens branch as it was handy for me, but I am prepared to travel to Ormskirk to get the top quality service. Staff are always polite.
