I am so glad I decided to go with G&R. Found them after a google search after reading some of their reviews. I was in a right state after my laptop was hacked. I went in Monday morning after a very stressful weekend worrying. I explained all to Gary and Jacob who reassured me all will be okay. Left the laptop with them and went back in the afternoon.

All sorted. Following day I was still not sure about something and both Gary and Jacob could not do enough for me. Laptop now working as it should. Both gave me some brilliant advice and would definably use them again without any hesitation. Excellent value too. Very professional but down to earth salt of the earth gentlemen. Thank you. G and R computers mended my husband's computer very speedily and for an extremely reasonable price last year. This year, I bought my computer to them, which had a fried motherboard. It was utterly unfixable, and they worked hard on it, and then refused to accept payment (they are no fix/no fee). Great and decent company. Highly recommended.

For the second time now, Gary at G&R Computers has fixed my mac laptop in record time for a super price. I called Gary to arrange a drop off time and within 24 hours, my laptop was repaired! Screen Replacement for a HP laptop at 110 completed to a very high standard. Completed within a week and G and R kept in contact with us over the week about their progress. Overall a friendly and professional service, at a decent price. Strongly recommend and i will be using them again if i run into any more problems with my tech.

I have used previously and always found them to be excellent. On a recent visit I had real issues with my laptop having logged into a site, when on holiday, which corrupted my laptop big time. Not only did G&R resolve the issue but they kept me informed at every stage. If you have pc problems I would not hesitate In recommending Gary and Jack of G&R.

I had a problem with a Mac that several workshops hadn't been able to fix. The team at G&R were super helpful and efficient. Although it took the team at lot longer than they initially anticipated to fix, they were successful and didn't give up - which other workshops had. They kept me in touch every day with progress and I was even invited to pop into the store in Stratford to see what they were doing. They result is that I'm both really happy with the Mac, its at least as fast now as when it was new, and more than happy with G&R.

My laptop wouldn't load up due to a cracked disc drive. I hadn't backed it up for 2 years and I needed my data recovered. G&R Computers did a fantastic job. They don't charge unless they recover the data. It was obviously a challenge for them. They tried a variety of solutions over 5 days, and were successful and only charged 100 for the data recovery. I can't rate them highly enough. Fantastic.

I have used G & R Computers on two occasions, the first being to clone a hard drive and the second to rectify a powers supply problem and fit a new graphics card on a PC. On both occasions I found them friendly, knowledgeable and quick to complete the work. I would not hesitate to recommend them as the go to people for computer problems.

Took my HP laptop to G&R Computers as I could not access any documents. Viruses had attacked the machine and it needed ‘major surgery’. Gary diagnosed the problems and speedily rectified the situation. We will not hesitate to use them again should we need to.

My very old computer died on me with very little warning. Not being very computer literate, I didn't know where to turn so I called in at the G and R shop in the Minories. What a find! Gary was SO helpful, sorted me out with a second-hand replacement at a very reasonable cost, and then sorted everything for me to just plug in and go. What a find! Such personal attention!

I would highly recommend this company without reservation. What I thought was going to be a dreadful experience turned out to be a very simple procedure (although I did hound Gary a few times to sort out where I plugged everything in!) He even gave me a lesson on how to use Windows 10. Thank you Gary…. Your help and kindness was really appreciated.

Once again very many thanks to G&R Computers for sorting out my problem so promptly, with efficiency and helpfulness… particularly on this occasion to Jason who spent an hour on my laptop and phone and was determined to put me back on track.

I rang up with a boot problem on my NEW Acer laptop and G and R Computers got my boot and all my lost files back within 3 hours. I was so pleased and relieved that everything is back to normal and I would have no hesitation in recommending. G and R Computers to anyone.

Just had to take the time to write and say what brilliant service I received from G&R Computers. I have used G & R Computers for several years in servicing my laptop computer. I cannot fault their quality of service. The work needed is always completed on time and at a very reasonable cost. Whatever the problem it is always remedied. I will go to no one else with my computer problems.

Brought my first business computer from them 18 months ago, and 2 more computers about 6 months ago. They may not be the cheapest but they use quality parts, are full of great advice and the aftersales is second to none. I've been fine to run in items that I've had problems getting working, or for a quick look at to see 'how broken' an old computer or laptop might be. they also offer an additional on-going help & maintenance service at additional cost and they have still been very helpful without me going for this option (but they will charge me for call outs - fair enough!)
These guys are a great local company who seem to view providing a computer to be a service and not just a product that has every penny stripped out of it.

If you only care about price go to a faceless online company, if you want small local business service and if your near Stratford-upon-Avon then these guys are well worth checking out.

I depend on my laptop for work and everything! I was horrified when it broke and took it to g&r on the off chance it can be fixed. Gary managed to save all my work and get it all working again thank you so much!!!

The service here is terrific. In my experience, it's unusual to find geeky guys that are great at fixing computers, and can also do friendliness, humour plus efficiency. Lee was ace, very efficient and not at all patronising. He cleaned out a large amount of muck from my son's computer and sorted out a new keyboard. I would definitely use G & R Computers again for any other computer issue that might arise.

Couldn't recommend these guys more highly. I bought some new parts for my PC to do a rebuild, including a mother board from them and they fitted it all, made sure everything was running and made some recommendations for future upgrades. Very helpful and friendly staff and excellent service.

I have used G&R Computers a number of times over the years and they are excellent! They respond immediately and sort the problems out just as quickly. I trust them implicitly and I think that is a rare quality to be inspired by tradesman of today.
