Superb service, can't fault it and I live in Hackney, east London, a LONG way from Harlow. Warren came on recommendation; he was punctual, kept appointments and while not cheap was excellent value. Like another comment below, my 'deadish' PC now works better than ever - more memory, cleaned out and good for a while!

I had a battery and charging related problem with my Lenovo Legion Y530 for over half a year, which unfortunately Curry's world and Lenovo couldn't fix as they couldn't source the replacement parts. Fortunately for me, I came across Brilliant IT Services who solved the issue for me in as little as 2 weeks with full transparency and updates regarding what parts they used and the fixes they implemented. In addition to this they picked up and returned the laptop using a courier which I found to be convenient.

Mike and his team have supported our personal and business IT systems for many years now and they have always provided a friendly and prompt service. Please please avoid this company! I cannot begin to truly explain the terrible service I recently received! Long story short. - I was told by Mike, it would be a week repair, Brilliant IT had my laptop for nearly 4 weeks and they didn't repair it. - i had to chase this company to find out what was wrong with my laptop. After the first week passed.
I was told it would be another 2 weeks to order the part and fix. 2 weeks passed and I heard nothing. I phoned the following day and they didn't even know what happened to my laptop. Mike phoned me back an hour later and told me the part arrived and it was the wrong one.! So they had my laptop for 3 weeks and were just telling me this. Mike then told me my laptop couldn't be fixed. - I urgently needed my data off due to a university deadline, they charge 65 plus vat for a "full recovery" only to find out that a full recovery is only up to 100gb. - I got my laptop back after a month and had 100gb transferred off.
So decided to take it to another company to get the remaining data off. Only to be told that my hard drive was missing! I phoned Mike, who apparently forgot to put my hard drive back into my laptop. He then phoned me back an hour later and told me they had found it. If I hadn't had taken it to another company I would've completely lost all my data! Please please please do not put yourself through the stress of dealing with this company. There is nothing brilliant about this company.

Pleased to say Brilliant IT are still providing us with an excellent service, now in a servicing and tuition capacity. They always answer their telephone promptly and visit really quickly if required. We really trust their integrity especially when it has been necessary to take one of our laptops to their workshop for further testing. I have been using their services for over 10years and I am very pleased with their service and professionalism. If you call in the morning they will do their best to visit the same day. Some problems they can resolve over the phone. They 'built' my desktop PC to match my requirements and service it annually. I am just an amateur using my PC for home use and they are very patient in explaining things in straightforward terms.
Moreover unlike some other companies they do not take ages to repair items. I have recommended their services over the years to several friends and they also continue to use them.
