I have had several repairs and have purchased a desk top from this business. Always reliable good value and quality service.

The place to go locally for computer repairs and upgrades, (such as making an older PC faster and more usable again. Talk to them about RAM upgrades and SSD's).

Super happy with how they've resolved an impossible situation with my OHs laptop. I'd spilt a whole cup on tea over it, my partner left it on and then put it on charge! Unsurprisingly it wemt off and was dead! However, they've completely stripped it to the bare bones, have cleaned the corrosion and its starting working - including they keyboard! It was such an expensive laptop, they charged a really good rate to repair too and kept us informed the whole step of they way. Life savers!

Great place to go to get upgrades and repairs on your PC. I recently took my custom build PC in for a PSU upgrade and was told I could bring it in for a relatively cheap price to get it done. I am very pleased with the outcome and will recommend to others as well as likely pop back if I have any further issues or want any more intricate upgrades. Don't be put off by building works outside like I was either, they are definitely open and just ring in to say you're outside and they will greet you. Thank you very much guys!

I dropped my Chromebook off at Computaplace over 2 months ago now for a USBC charging port repair and still haven't had the issue resolved. The communication has been absolutely dreadful. I've only ever received one call from the company and that was at 7pm on a Friday evening and no voicemail was left. Every time I call for an update, i'm told a new reason why the repair hasn't worked or been successful but something else is looking to be attempted.

Surely if something failed and you're going to attempt another method, you would do it straight away afterwards, whilst the laptop is in pieces, not the following week. I haven't heard anything since I last called them over two weeks ago now and have all but given up. Would not recommend.

Thanks to Martin and Daniel I was able to continue oeprating as a Virtual Trainer after a "blue screen melt down". They were calm (despite their panicking customer) and reassuring and repaired the PC in time for me to continue my business operation with minimal disruption. Thanks to you both.

Took my laptop in for a repair as the screen image was playing up. They quickly identified the problem and carried out a quick but effective repair at a fair price. Pleased to gt my laptop back working again so quickly. Many thanks.

I have a powerful laptop for work (Dell XPS) that was starting to show a few signs of age. I considered a new one but instead got a full service, new hinge, air vents cleaned and battery. It's as good as new and I'm sure I'll get a few more years out of it now. Old school shop where they speak to you like a human and charge a fair price. 10/10

Excellent service again. I find Martin and Daniel very knowledgeable. They have always fixed my problems quickly, and explain the issues in a way that I can understand. They do a great job, and don't overcharge. Very pleased with their service, would recommend highly.

Very pleased to say this local shop also sells iPhone chargers too, very handy & cheerfull & reasonably priced, a lot quicker, cheaper & convenient than travelling to the big supermarkets to get one!

I needed the compete replacement of my computer system. Computaplace was able provide the needed kit promptly and at a good price. The system was quickly set-up and installed using the company's reliable and expert service. They can also do repairs as well! All round an excellent service.

I took my laptop in with a problem that had occurred when a friend was trying to take it back to factory settings. The kind chaps said no problems it will be ready by the next day but then they found out there was a very serious problem with it and although it took longer than expected they kept me informed the whole way and in the got it sorted. Now i have a great working laptop due to their perseverance and at a very reasonable price.

I have been to this shop many time with lots of diffrent issues. Not only did they sort them out the customer service was spot on, would recommend them to every one.

Excellent local service repair, update and service all sorts of PC regardless of age and spec. The staff are knowledge, competent and know what they doing but they do not speak down to you but explain things in plain English. Their prices are very good as well...

We went in today as one of the keys had come lose on our laptop. They fixed it with minutes and did not charge me. Very fast efficient and friendly service. Would highly recommend them. Many thanks

Great Service from the guys here at Computaplace. My PC (7 years old) had an issue following a Windows 10 upgrade (no bootable disk) they managed to sort out the issue, and reload the operating system and applications, and recover all my data. Highly recommend. Good quick service with excellent communication about the resolution, and the charges (which were excellent value).
