My gpu died last year and they quickly found me a replacement and fixed it all up fast and nicely, very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended for sure

AMAZING company, they've totally saved my bacon more than once. Informed and skilful computer repairs executed in a flash when it matters. Very fairly priced and give you plenty of options up front before undertaking the work. They provide superlative tech support over the phone too which is a godsend. Can't recommend these folks more highly!

Doesn't offer GPU refurbishment so not sure how they are going to fix a broken GPU aside from getting you a new one.

My son decided to break his laptop screen, popped it in and everything worked beautifully. Totally recommend this as a place to go when you need something repaired, and while in the shop have a look at their well stocked shelves. Thumbs up from me.

When my laptop died on me I thought that would be the end of it. A friend recommended Electrowise and I am so glad I gave them the laptop to repair. It was fixed within 2 days and is working perfectly. Dan looked after me brilliantly and kept me regularly updated via the work number issued to me via their website. If your laptop or PC needs fixing - this is the company you should use!

Everyone that I dealt with at Electrowise (via email and in person) were extremely friendly, professional and reassuring that my PC was in good hands. I was experiencing problems with an expensive laptop which I was certain would be the end of it, but Electrowise took in my machine, diagnosed and repaired (with an upgrade!) within a few days. Communication was fantastic, they kept me updated by phone and email, and explained all options available to me and made sure I understood what needed to be done. Can't recommend highly enough, thank you for your help.

I have now had three computer systems from Electrowise, for both work and personal. All machines were high specification as they had to run CPU and GPU intensive applications. They systems were well built and very well tested and burned in before leaving Electrowise. The oldest system I have is now 5 years old and used daily. It has been totally reliable.

The newest system has just been delivered and performs its tasks very well. They also carried out an upgrade to a laptop to fit a new SSD drive in place of the mechanical drive. Again a totally professional job. I go to Electrowise because they know their job, do it well and provide the service I need at a fair price. I have no hesitation in using Electrowise for my computing needs. It keeps it local too. Support your local shops or they will not be here when you need them! Thanks for another great job guys.

I cannot thank these guys enough. Martin was an absolute star. He managed to retrieve all my data from a crashed drive and transfer onto the new drive he'd fitted. Laptop all up and running for much less than the cost of even a reconditioned laptop. I would highly recommend
