We're authorised directly by Apple to deliver iPhone repairs from our store in Soho, London. At Amsys, you get exactly the same service and terms as you would in an Apple Store. Bring a form of personal identification, like a driver's license, passport, or other government-issued ID. Once your iPhone has been received our Apple trained technicians will diagnose your iPhone to find our what exactly is wrong with it.
When we opened our first walk-in centre in Poland Street, we'd already been repairing Macs for 29 years. The concept behind the walk-in centres is simple: why wait for an appointment? We like the idea that you can just walk in off-the-street and say help! As we're recognised as the fastest authorised repairer in the West End, there's no better place to bring your Mac or iPhone for some TLC.
If there's anything you need to know about repairs that you can't find, please get in touch. For most iPhone models we have a supply of stock parts and replacement phones direct from Apple. If you are eligible or choose a "whole unit replacement" this is done on the same day, hopefully during your appointment.

I was very impressed with the customer service I received. All the employees that I spoke to that worked there were all very friendly, good listeners and helpful in answering questions I had to do with the concerns of my device's screen. I was impressed with the length of time it took to received my device back fully repaired. I would highly recommend them.

I arrived yesterday 04/25 at the scheduled time to simply change the battery of my iphone xr, they asked me for 2 hours and after those 2 hours, they asked me for another 2 hours, over four hours, they asked me to come back the next day, and here I am today 4/26, after 24 hours still waiting for my phone, in short TERRIBLE SERVICE!

If I could review without giving any stars, I would. Apple sent me to them, something I later regretted deeply. At first they seem nice, but when you get back to them, take your device, you discover that they've completely wiped clean a full back up drive, and denying it ever happened! I've had to waste my time and money to get what I could back from a back up lab.
Still all the files recovered are in a mess, which leaves me with damage that effects me greatly for years to come (as I am a designer with many important files I created now either corrupted, gone or in a complete and utter mess). Of course nor them or Apple saw anything wrong until I showed them proof. They're horrible, stubborn, and whoever they sent to deal with my complaint tried to make me feel guilty by personalizing a professional complaint. Avoid at all costs. It's not worth it.

Returning a happy customer with a fixed phone today! Special thanks to Andrew for going out of his way to ensure my phone was fixed. Also very happy with the customer service received by the lady who welcomed me at reception, on both occasions offering me a bottle of water to acknowledge and accommodate any waiting time I would have in-store, and was generally all-round a lovely person!

Last week I accidentally inserted an SD card in CD slot I was so frantic but the apple support person was very helpful and explained as this is more 'mechanical' issue if anyone can fix it and remove the previous SD card it's Amysis in Poland street. He booked an appointment for the next day. They were absolutely right! Not only did they remove the SC card within minutes and they didn't even charge me for their efforts. Steve and Paul are clearly very experienced at what they do, additionally are absolutely amazing people too.
The two people at the main desk were equally very friendly, amazing and knowledgeable. Before going in, I was a little intimidated because my iMac is 'ancient' and I have zero tech knowledge so I thought I'd be looked down on, on the contrary, they were all really lovely people. I am pro Apple all the way because of the phone support it offers but now more so after visiting Amysis in Poland Street and meeting Steve, Paul and the others.
For those that didn't know, like myself, you don't need to book an appointment. Simply walk in and you'll be greeted with a smile. Some thing to remember - door number 44 is on the wrong side, meaning odd and even numbers are a little confusing. But when you get yourself in there they'll make up with their courtesy and service.

I cannot praise Amsys and their staff anymore. If I could rate out of 10, they would be 12. I work down the road and dropped a broken pair of AirPods over on the Wednesday less than 24 hours I was picking them back up again and they were better than when I first got them from the phone company I ordered from. Kieran and the team are quality and as long as you don't lie about the damage to your product they have you with quick and effective service. Don't believe the 1 stars these guys are top quality.

AMAZING SERVICE. Very quick turnaround (they only send to Croydon for repair) and efficient. Kristian fixed my laptop and it was extremely responsive, kind and helpful. I would strongly recommend their service as opposed to Apple stores (their turnaround is 15 days minimum as they send macs abroad for repair). I hope my laptop doesn't need any further assistance but in that case I'd definitely use Amsys again.

My wifebooked an appointment to fix her unresponsive iPhone with a morning appointment with this shop. When she arrived they said they had cancelled the appointment (it was in Central London and we live in Zone 4) they said "We tried to call you." I mean seriously! They did try to email but my wife had already left the house. Terrible.

Its very rare I receive customer service that I want to come on and review this quickly. The Kenley branch have provided amazing service, listening to my issue and resolving it as fast as they can. I was in contact with the Apple store team for hours with no real help at all. Got in touch with AMSYS KENLEY and the device was looked at immediately and the process to get it fixed was started within the hour. Great team and really appreciate the help I have received.

I had a great experience with Amsys. My Macbook was not working, so naturally I took it to a couple of Apple stores, as it's still within warranty and they both quoted me a 2-3 week wait time to repair it. They recommended Amsys as an authorized Mac repair service. So I took it in, was seen right away, and had my working computer back within 5 days or so (it probably would've been shorter had it not been a weekend). I had pleasant and friendly experiences with the staff and would use them again in a heartbeat. I highly recommend!

Fantastic service and on-your-side attitude. Theo not only arranged the parts and repair of my out-of-warranty iPhone 6 (battery fail) within 48 hours but pro-actively made the case to Apple that the repair should be done within a special safety swap out scheme they're running for a certain type of battery problem (ones about to do a Samsung I think) and therefore when I came to collect my phone it was a NEW UNIT and came with a FULL REFUND of the service cost as Apple had picked up the bill! That is customer service beyond what I'd even expect at an Apple Store, and with a lot less queuing! Thank you!!
