All our repairs are effected at our Farnham computer service centre by our trained and qualified expert engineers.
Services
Workshop servicing and repair is undertaken in a controlled professional environment by teams of highly experienced and qualified bench engineers. If you are in need of a collection we can arrange a courier to collect from you however, it would be your responsibility to securely package your faulty unit to prevent damage whilst in transit.
All inspection fees are redeemable against the cost of the repair if the estimate is accepted. If the estimate is not accepted or the item is beyond economical repair the fee is non refundable. We will respond with a completed document, this will include a unique reference number for your repair and is a requirement prior to delivery of repair items.

Have used them in the past and they have been great. Recently however the repair sent to them was beyond terrible, it seems they have changed their staff and they cant repair anymore. Item was received back with screws missing, cables internally not re-attached and not powering up, certainly not the state it was initially shipped in. I was re-quested to ship the item back to them so they could put the screws back and reconnect cables.
Once the item was delivered, tested again, still failed to power and more damage done the laptop which they refused to admit too. Would strongly recommend avoiding them and look for someone more suited or risk damaging a potentially working device even further, you have been warned.
