Andy was very helpful, keeping in contact explaining all the issues with my laptop and what he was going to try to get it up and running. He explained all costs before carrying out work. My pc had a virus that stopped my pc working properly. AWKS managed to remove it and also clean up my pc in general and now it runs better than before. Awks also supplied a managed anti-virus program and some remote control software so they can connect remotely to my pc if I have any future problems. Everything was done in a timely manner with everything explained in plain English. Thank you.

The owner of the company is very rude. I actually heard him swearing at me as he hung up the phone. I hope no one else has to interact with this gentleman (used in the loosest sense)! Hmm amused at being called fake when I literally have proof of the call. Rather than accusing customers or potential advertisers of your company of being liars. I suggest you fix up and work on your manners.

I took my pc in on Monday with a failing hard drive message. I had my pc back on Wednesday with a new hard drive and a new windows installation AND they managed to recover all my files as well. Would highly recommend. I arranged to drop my laptop off quickly & it was ready for collection the following day.
