Computer Angels was born out of the experience of Peter Strong, an accomplished computer specialist. Peter had just returned to the UK in 2004 after a decade of working on the continent with such names as UBS and Merrill Lynch, and his very first purchase was a PC for use at home. I'd always had access to secure networks through my work, but suddenly I found myself exposed to the Internet without the protection of a corporate firewall and state of the art virus protection.I couldn't believe that as an experienced IT manager with a background in secure systems I was fighting a losing battle against viruses, spyware, and adware.
When things start to go wrong with your computer it's difficult to know who to trust. Wouldn't it be great if there was a way to call up your own IT department and get them to put things right? Computer Angels are breaking new ground in offering expert computer support services to home users in Fulham, Putney, Battersea, Hammersmith, Kensington and Chelsea and throughout Greater London, at affordable prices.
Computers Angels offer an attractive departure from the traditional IT Service Level Agreement. Rather than asking for a retainer whether or not you use the service, you simply pay for the support you use, and settle up at the end of each month. Even better, we use a rolling month agreement which means that if you aren't happy with our service you're free to walk away - we don't tie you down to a fixed term contract, or hide behind small print. We believe that our approach to client relationship management will mean a long and productive partnership.

This lot are great! They have had glowing reviews on the Nextdoor website, where I saw them reccommended. Otherwise we'd have traipsed to the Apple Store to get the laptop fixed for a lot of money (or worse- been told it was not-fixable) They did a brilliant job on my daughter's laptop for a relatively charge. They fixed the fan and gave her great advice on how to avoid the problems in the future. She is over the moon. Cheers Computer Angels!

Thought I should post in case anyone's in a similar position to me. In general I can see that Computer Angels is great and the staff are really knowledgeable and keen to help, but my one piece of advice would be to not go if you have a mac. I had some liquid damage on my mac and I brought it in but they said the macbook was completely broken and irreparable. Took it to a mac specialist shop and they cleaned and fixed it for 95. Hesitant to leave a negative review as they are so nice and clearly great at computers, and great customer service, but I think if you specifically have a mac I would suggest trying elsewhere too just in case.

Good service, fast and efficient but, also extortionate. Be careful, they seem to only give quotes on parts for computers or laptops but their labour costs are through the roof and you won't find out how much they are till you get the invoice! Would not come here again unless it was very urgent or for a work computer which would not come out of my pocket!
The response below is inadequate and a cop out. Tom is lying, he did not quote me any labour charge. I have spoken to several other places this morning and they all agree that the labour charge is pricey. I am disgusted that you would suggest I am lying, especially as I have the email with any prices Tom quoted and it clearly doesn't have labour charges in it.
The saga continued with Computer Angels. I went in to collect and pay for my laptop but, despite having 2 free employees milling around, I had to wait 15 minutes because they thought the boss wanted to speak to me, even though he was on a conference call and had said he would call me in a couple of hours.this was yesterday.no such call. Further, in the email from the boss, he admits that there was a failure to communicate effectively: "there was clearly a failure in communication and I've spoken to Tom about being clear on pricing in future.
I've reviewed the emails he sent and you are correct in that he hasn't quantified the labour, but has only given the price for the drive itself, and then mentioned the work that would be done separately - if he'd clearly quoted both then you'd have been better able to make an informed decision." Peter Strong's words. So he admits there was a failure on their part, HOWEVER, as the customer, I should bear the brunt of their failures. Lastly, to my knowledge, most companies send an invoice with prices prior to commencing work. I was only sent an invoice after the work.another mistake, for which the customer.not the business is being held accountable for.

I was lucky enough to find Computer Angels several years ago. They are a brilliant computer service company. My problems were always dealt with speedily, either by phone access, home visits or office visits. Today I had a problem and Alex was here 1 hour later. Their engineers have always been knowledgeable, helpful and polite. Alex, Micheal and their MD Peter Strong have always sorted my computer problems. Their fees are very reasonable. I certainly recommend this firm. Emmy Webb. Fulham
