Absolutley superb experience yesterday - rang in a blind panic as I could not get my laptop to power up and my life's work (including current programme) was all on the hard drive. PC world would not repair my PC, Apple called it vintage and would not but I phoned Dale who said he would look at it and repaired it. The whole experience at DMB was first class. My machine was only 7 years old a big thank you.
