Cannot rate Craig highly enough! I was convinced that I had wrecked my Macbook Pro's hard drive and that I had lost everything. but he somehow managed to revive it (on the same day!), with what seemed like very little effort at all! Nothing lost or damaged in the process! He charged extremely fairly and went the extra mile by giving the whole device a good clean and installing an antivirus software.
He also spent the time sharing information with me when I asked. Not many independent computer pros like this still out there these days so be sure to go to him if you have any troubles, you won't regret it! If I had sent my mac to Apple they would have likely just done a factory reset and/or replaced the unit. Super chuffed, thanks again Craig!
