Fantastic service. Had a tech based emergency and I got quick, practical, well thought out troubleshooting to get to a conclusion and fix it within 24 hours. I am useless at tech. I have had several problems as we all do, so I grab the offending laptop and go down to Emerald. They now know me by name. They are always welcoming and very helpful people, always happy to help and advise. I think I must amuse them as I just crash in and bleat; "its not working", ten minutes later it's usually sorted. For repairs and upgrades it takes a bit longer. Prices are reasonable and they go that bit extra to try and sort things.
