Julian is a superstar. I arrived at his door with a laptop that had been ripped apart by someone who advertised themselves as being an IT professional, but very clearly wasn't! I was upset & worried that all my data had been lost, not to mention all the damage caused to my laptop. Julian got straight to work and within 24 hours he had confirmed he'd been able to save my photos/data.

After a problematic couple of weeks with my PC doing what it wanted and constantly turning off it finally gave up. I took it to JustInspired to see if they could do anything for me but was not holding out much hope. I am so glad I did, after a couple of days I picked it up and not only does it run better than it ever has but all my files were saved. Not for the first time, Julian has brought my ancient HP desktop back from the dead. This time it was a loud bang, a flash of light and a wisp of smoke from the back along with an ominous burning smell Surely the end of the road? Nah. No job too much of a problem, have windows 98 tower PC for retro gaming and it developed power issues, parts were hard to get hold of but Julian managed to source the necessary parts and get my old PC working perfectly! My laptop frazzled in the middle of editing some important client films. I did not know where to turn when my data was not covered by my warranty. Luckily I found JustInspired on Google, they came highly recommended and rightly so. JustInspired are easy to deal with, friendly, highly professional and above all very quick. Thank you Julian! I (stupidly) formatted my hard drive not knowing that would wipe everything. Julian didnt promise he could restore my data, but said he would try and wouldn't do anything destructive so if he couldn't help I could take it elsewhere and he could recommend where else I could go. Amazingly he has restored it! He also let me drop off and pick up late in the evening and completed it over the weekend before he went away. He wouldn't take extra money for this (though I managed to slip tiny bit extra). Highly recommend speaking to him if you have any computer issue.

This is the second time I have used Justinspired. Their quality of work, professionalism are excellent. Their costing was very fair. On both occasions they adhered to their promised turnaround times. I have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending them. The first job they did for me was to replace a faulty hard drive and they managed to retrieve all the data which I thought was lost.

I will definitely use them again. They were initially recommended to me by the head of IT at a local grammar school. The second time Justin replaced my hard drive with a SSD. My Toshiba laptop wouldn't power up. Due to past experiences, I was somewhat reluctant to get it serviced (sometimes taken advantage of and over charged). However, Julian's home business had so many great reviews I thought I'd try it - and I'm glad I did! Excellent customer service - laidback and without a lot of technical talk. Very honest too. He got back to me to report it was beyond reasonable repair (would be too costly) and when I ask him what I owed him - "Nothing"! He only charges if he can repair it. Julian fitted a new screen to my laptop which had been playing up for over a year. Not only did he reply promptly to any queries, but he also updated me when the replacement screen wasn't going to arrive as quickly as anticipated. The work itself has been done brilliantly, and he even gave my laptop an extra deep clean across the board which was much appreciated, and at no extra cost! Would recommend them any day of the week.

I have been a very satisfied customer of JustInspired for some years, and have many dealings with Julian over that time. The last was very recently, where I bought the a purpose made gaming PC. Julian and his trusted side-kick Richard gave time and excellent advice and I was very pleased to see that the whole process of getting a new PC worked like a charm.

The day I ordered it the new PC it took a week to complete and this included waiting for delivery and transferring a lot of data. The day I collected the PC, we where up and running the same day. Julian has always served me well, and I normally succeed in getting through on the telephone very quickly and the he talks me through any repairs (I am now referring to previous machines) which has given me much more confidence in understanding the various insights of a PC.

The whole process is easier and more "human" than going to Curry's or PC Specialist. The "build your own PC" approach worked well for me and Julian completed the work with excellent results. But I suppose the best thing about the whole experience is that I enjoyed it - it is pleasurable (not always true about online ordering these days). I have been using JustInspired for a number of years from my latest "app crash", through to upgrades and servicing.
