My laptop cought a virus, so I called to see what could be done. I was told that my problem could be resolved remotely which was very convenient for me. Johnathan (the IT engineer that helped me) was really understanding, knowledgeable, quick, efficient and friendly. Made everything in his a ability to help me out! I'll definetly go back for any issues. Reccomend 100%

Had a small job of fitting some case fans into my PC. SysFix sent Jonathan the same day, who arrived exactly on time and did the job perfectly. Did a great job, despite being pestered by my two year old throughout. Will certainly use SysFix again.

Paul was great at working through some remedial work when our network of Virgin Hub, Draytek Router, Unifi wireless network, Netgear and TPLink Switches all connected by a myriad of cables went wrong. He was extremely knowledgeable and showed resilience and patience as the whole operation was carried out remotely on equipment he'd never seen before. Next time I need some IT issue resolving I'll immediately call Paul. Highly recommend.

Amazing service! I had contacted a few people and nobody had managed to solve my issue! Paul replied quickly and started working on my pc after a couple of hours. He was very kind and patient and managed to solve it. Really recommend them! I will definitely contact them again!

Superb service!. SysFix were very quick to respond to my query, also very knowledgeable. I had been struggling with my newly built gaming pc which wouldn't boot for two weeks. I had gone through all the suppliers i bought from for trouble shooting and sending back parts which we thought were faulty, but no luck. Anyways, I called SysFix in the afternoon, booked in my pc the next morning and within 15 minutes Jonathan had found the fault and called me back to come collect.

Will definitely be using them again in the future, I highly recommend them. Very affordable, and they offer many convenient services including collection, dropping off, remote support and call out technicians. Thanks Jonathan!

After my SSD died they came out and replaced it, and installed Windows 10. I've had no problems since. They didn't have the exact size of drive I wanted in stock and it was Windows 10 Professional rather than Home but I accepted that for the quick turnaround and home visit.

I have needed a great deal of support from SysFix IT Support recent months as I had a range of issues with internet signal strength, synching of a laptop, telephone and I Pad Mini all running different operating systems and then my laptop inexplicably froze. Kamarleyj, one of their engineers, has been responsive and endlessly patient listening to my description of the problem and providing remote or in person support as required. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Sysfix have been providing our company's IT support for several years now and they set up our internal server and network. Their knowledge of hardware and software has always been up to date and the team has given us the support we need when we needed it. We can rely on them to deal with our other proprietary software providers (design, accounts etc) and keep our company running smoothly, particularly when we migrate to new software packages or change our computers.
