I am blown away by the amazing service I have received from this fabulous company. My refurbished laptop arrived today and it's like a brand new laptop! Since contacting the company last week i have had regular communication and Ollie has made things so easy for me. even breaking my invoice down into 2 separate invoices. Nothing is too much. trouble and from my very first telephone conversation with Ollie I felt very comfortable.

I am not a techno expert and do need help and so Ollie set up my new laptop for me so I could use it straight away. It was delivered this morning and I was kept informed every step of they way. I had to ask for help for something today and Ollie duly obliged on the team viewer and everything was sorted out for me. I am so grateful that I went to a local company who offer such a personal service. I feel very confident that this will continue. Highly recommended.

Absolutely superb service from beginning to end (with an extended warranty of 2 years as well - 1 year longer than the other retailers I've researched). Sourced and supplied exactly the specification of desktop PC we were after without trying to upsell or push us into buying (I don't respond well to a hard sell!) Even delivered and installed for us. Trustworthy, reliable and bespoke service that I would definitely recommend to others - and have done twice already!
