I cannot praise this company enough! My laptop crashed and I initially took it to another computer data recovery company in Crawley who categorically told me there was no way to recover my data (I’ve been writing a book😭). I went to Frontline and today he recovered absolutely everything! Saeed is an expert in every sense of the word, and unlike other computer people I know, he has a remarkable personality and care for his customers! Thank you Saeed!

Rare to find a diamond in the rough! This company are true experts. Laptop crashed and I was in the middle of writing a book. Took it to another company in Crawley who categorically said there was no way I could recover data because it's a hard drive issue. I took it to Frontline and yes whilst the hard-drive is irreparable, yet Saeed was able to recover all my work and he went an extra mile to get everything on the laptop recovered! Never been so happy to leave a review for a company in my life! I can't praise these guys enough! Thank you Saeed, you're a true expert with a wonderful customer service!

WHAT A FIND! In a sea of sharks exists exists an IT support business that is friendly, knowledgable, honest and reliable. They sought (and found) the most robust solution to my problem and were very mindful that it should also represent the best value for money for me. I dealt with Saed who was brilliant (and has a keen sense of humour). Undoubtedly a 5 star service!

Excellent service. Took my son's gaming computer in to have the CPU upgraded and the BIOS updated. Dropped the computer off in the morning and had it back in the afternoon. Would definitely use Frontline Networks again and highly recommend.

Frontline were totally upfront with a realistic assessment of what was wrong my my laptop and the best solution to get it up and running again. The cost was explained to me and I was consulted about any additional costs which could occur before they went ahead with them. I had a fantastic explanation about what had happened to my computer and now it works far quicker than before.

An easy 5 star review. I found Frontline Networks on the top of a Google Search with outstanding reviews. I took in a custom built PC and spoke with Saeed who was extremely helpful, he identified that the power supply had broken and it would need replacing. I asked him to carry out the work and in less than an hour, he called to say it was done. What was even better is a new power supply wasn't needed and Saeed managed to fix the existing one without me having to spend anymore money. I would highly recommend Frontline Networks to anyone based off this experience. Thank you Saeed!

I have used Frontline a couple of times now and each time the service has been superb. They really know their stuff and each time they talk through the options and make sure that they are giving the best service for me. Saeed sooo helpful to me and my wife. we came in not know how fix my son hp laptop, Saeed went through everything how wrong with the laptop, how to fix it, options to adapt to laptop. Saeed more like a IT teacher. we picked up next day all fixed and ready to use. the laptop soooo much faster now it feels we got a new one. Frontline is excellent . We were a first time user of Frontline. They were very friendly and ensured our home build desktop pc worked properly. It took 3 days to resolve, although if pushed I expect they could have fixed it faster. They gave a good handover back to us once fixed. I will return to them with any future problems.

Frontline staff were very helpful and provided clear step-by-step guidance in what they could do to try and resolve my laptop problem, including how long they thought it would take. They also gave me a fixed cost price so if there were any delays in resolving the problem there would be no additional costs. Not only did they solve my problem, they also manage to save my files from having to be deleted and tidied up my laptop for me, providing help and guidance with how to backup my files in the future.
An all round good experience and certainly somewhere I would both recommend and return to for any future problems.

Following a sudden loss of power for my daughter's HP laptop I frantically searched Google for a computer repair shop in Crawley. Thank goodness I came across the positive reviews of Frontline. Although a little tricky to find, just off Stephenson Way, the service from walking into the building was truly exemplary. I was greeted by Saeed who immediately took a detailed look at the laptop and noticed some damage that I was not aware of.

He took the time to explain everything that he was looking at and options for repair or replacement. He also explained the method of saving the hard drive and putting it in a casing to use as a back up drive if I bought a replacement PC. There was no pressure to make a decision and my daughter decided a few days later to purchase a replacement laptop. Saeed immediately offered to assist in showing me how to use the 'old' drive to transfer all data to the new laptop, and then how to use the external drive as a back up.

The whole process was explained perfectly and on getting home I completed the process easily. The service from start to finish was amazing and a very fair price was charged for the job. I am so glad I found Frontline in Crawley and based on the service and price paid would highly recommend them to anyone who is in need or a repair or advice. Thank you Saeed and Frontline!

Had an issue with my Mac Pro for which I tried various recovery methods myself. Unable to resolve problem. Found FRONTLINE based in Crawley close tp where I live and took it there. The team here were most helpful, backing up my data, running diagnostics and resolving the problem, in a speedy and helpful manner. Highly recommended.

This guy is amazing. Two Fujitsu workstations bought from Ebay completly unusable 1 x reboot cycle, 1x OS refusing to install. Both fixed within a day. Worth the [2] round trips from Tiptree. My goto guy from now on.

Went there with a mild pc issue, was told 2-3 days to see what was wrong with it.
1 day later, they called to say my PC had been fixed and they'd also solved two other issues with it that I didn't even mention, would thoroughly recommend!
