Been here multiple times over the last few years, always been incredibly professional and prompt with fixing my pc building mistakes!

Very friendly and helpful. I got a free diagnosis within an hour and even though the graphics card was completely beyond repair, he still gave pointers on how I can improve my PC set up, and helped tremendously with how to replace the card

Techfix really helped me when I was in a bind! I had dropped my laptop and the screen wasn’t working properly. I messaged Ashley and he was so helpful and fixed it within a few hours. Amazing customer service and can’t recommend enough!

Incredibly helpful and efficient! Ashley was friendly and very prompt with keeping me up to date. Dropped my PS4 pro over to him as it wasn't reading any games, he fully serviced and cleaned it all out and ordered a new part fitted it within a week. Very grateful thank you highly recommend Ashley!

I contacted Techfix as there was an issue with my GPU and dropped it down shortly after. The technician found the issue, but unfortunately it was not repairable. Very good service, overall communication was superb and the best part is they have a policy, no fix no fee, which is excellent customer service. I highly recommend.!

My son dropped water on his MacBook and within 24 hrs it was back with him all working and at a very reasonable price. Ashley kept me informed throughout, as to the problem and costs. Just collected my very slow senior laptop which Is now out of the starting blocks at a very fast pace! Ashley replace the old hard drive with a new wizzy one and updated the machine from Windows 7 to Windows 10. A very fast turnaround and reasonably priced. Highly recommended! Not the first time he has worked his magic. Thank you Ashley.

Absolutely fantastic service. Couldn't fault once switch was in his hands was fixed within 30 minutes. As it was a postal repair I was kept up to date throughout and he spotted a couple of other quotes that wasn't quoted for but because he had it he replaced them free of charge. My HP Laptop was getting tired and sluggish. A quick conversation with Ashley and it was in and upgraded in one day. M/c is now working like new. Can't recommend enough.

Excellent service from TechFix this week. We had a MacBook that wasn’t starting up. TechFix identified the issue and communicated to us quickly what was needed to fix it. Drop off and collection all Covid secure. I will be contacting them for any future issues with our devices.

Contacted tech fix today regarding my sons nintendo switch not charging, Within 1 hour of dropping it off , I got a messages to say it was repaired and back to its normal functioning self, cant reccomend Ashley enough thank you!!

ABSOLUTLEY BRILLIANT! I took my laptop to TechFix as it was super slow and I'm not tech savvy at all. However, Ashley was very welcoming, very patient, great communication and really helped me with my laptop issues. He fixed my laptop over night and I can't believe the difference!! It's like a have a new laptop, it's so fast and I don't have to deal with a frustrating slow laptop anymore. I cant recommend TechFix enough and will 100% use again if I have anymore tech issues.

I can’t recommend this man enough he is an absolute star, I was ready to throw away a switch that I was scammed with as I thought it was broken beyond repair, I put it on eBay for 99p for spares but Ashley fixed it he reaplaced the charger port, and game card reader and even got me a new dock in super quick time and all for a dam bargin price, we couldn’t thank him enough and it’s a Diamond I have told all my friends how amazing he is, thanks again so much

Tech fix repaired my Xbox one s at very short notice for me, not to mention before hand he was helpful and telling me how to reset it properly first to see if that worked to avoid me having to spend money on repairs the repair was a very fair price Aswell as the time of repair was very quick. I would recommend this service over any other and will defiantly be using again if ever needed without a doubt !

After an unfortunate incident with a tap and my 6yr old son's Nintendo Switch I had lost all hope as Nintendo refused to help or repair any water damage. The console was 2 months old and completely dead. I found Ashley through a Nintendo Switch Facebook page, messaged him with what had happened and was delighted when he said he could repair it.
Ashley was helpful, informative and reassuring throughout the process. Sending the console off was no problem at all, I trusted him completely. The price for repair was excellent, and it was all completed and returned within a week or so. If you need anything repaired, Ashely is your guy!

Came here as my PS4 stopped working, got in contact with Ashley via email and told me to bring it in and was certain it was the power supply. When I dropped it off, Ashley told me it would be ready in 30-40mins. By the time I got home (over in Jennett's Park) I received a call telling me it's done and ready to pick up. Service was quick, efficient and Ashley showed great knowledge.

I was recommended TechFix as I had a nintendo switch with a joystick that kept dragging in different directions. I contacted TechFix and got an immediate response. A couple of hours later we are back home with a working nintendo and only a small dent in my purse. Will definitely use again.

Sent a Nintendo switch to them for a lcd replacement and it was fixed quickly and sent back same day its back to working perfect. Great service and a quick turn around. would definitely use Ash again reccomend to anyone needing devices fixed.

I had a Dell OptiPlex 9020 which needed a bigger and faster hard drive and upgrading to Windows 10. All sorted and very pleased with my upgraded system. I thoroughly recommend Ash and will definitely go to TechFix for all my computer issues.

Contacted Ashley yesterday regarding replacing a MacBook Air screen due to water damage. Part was ordered immediately. Dropped laptop off this morning and the screen was delivered and installed within an hour. Unbelievable service. Thank you so much!
