Went to the Sittingbourne shop and met Clayton he was very helpful and knowledgable about a problem I had with my iPhone X I told him what the apple store in Blue water had said regarding my iPhone ie tried 2 new screens but said this didn't solve the problem so suggested a 540 repair which I declined and left Clayton checked the phone and said it had never been opened so they could not have tried to replace the screen which I find is discussing from any company let alone Apple. Clayton replaced the screen with a genuine Apple part for 150 He then set up the phone which now works perfectly. Apple have a lot to learn from this man Brilliant customer service without ripping people off Thank you Clayton. Tim Hewitt
