Extremely pleased with the service provided by Raj at Computer Kings. I required a replacement LCD screen for my MacBook Pro, and Raj promptly located a secondhand genuine part. The broken screen was efficiently replaced within a few hours. The communication throughout the entire process was outstanding, including detailed videos of each stage. Highly recommend! A very honest and genuine technician. Had problem with the battery on my MacBook but rather than changing the battery straight away Raj tried cleaning the port and checking various different methods so the problem can be fixed free of cost. Got the problem solved at the end. Many thanks again

Raj took my lap top which been dropped and damaged. He made a repair within 3 hours well into the evening. The cost was honest and reasonable. Absolutely first class service. And a really nice guy as well. If you need advice techie bits and pieces or repairs support your local shops and forget the big stores.

Raj at Computer King Hanwell sorted out my macbook pro's battery with complete honest and high quality service. He was completely transparent and made sure I got genuine apple parts for my repair. He took a video of the work he did so he could show me the great work and also did the work quickly on a bank holiday so I could have my laptop back in time for work the next day.

Raj runs a GREAT operation. He is to be praised. 2 losses of electricity blew the motherboard on my aged PC. I dropped it in with Raj and he replaced the whole PC retaining the hard disk and other components. I took it home and it is as if the electricity outage damage had never occurred. Raj charged what I consider a HUGELY reasonable price and I am HUGELY pleased with his work and will certainly again use his services when computer lightening strikes. THANK YOU RAJ.

Outstanding. Took my lad's broken PC in. Kept us informed throughout diagnostic and fixing, charged incredibly reasonable price, and fixed the PC perfectly. Cannot recommend this place enough. Honest, trustworthy, incredibly helpful and effective. This will henceforth be the only PC repair shop we will ever use. So happy with the service

I went to two shops to fix my laptop, one of which held onto my laptop for 6 months and couldn't repair it. They scratched the cover of my laptop and charged me 50 for the diagnosis. Raj resolved the issues I had within one working day and he is great with communication. He is very helpful and insisted I let him know if I had any questions and contact him, if any issues occurred. Highly recommend. He also didn't charge me for the diagnosis.

Called up first and asked if i could bring my laptop in as i was having some issues. The owner Raj was super helpful and said i could pop in the same day. He took a look and ran some diagnostics with me and to both our surprise the problem was fixed after the restart! I offered to pay but he said no need as he only took a look and doesnt charge for that. 10/10 service and a really nice guy. Would recommend

I cannot give enough praise to Raj. He is one of the best people I have dealt with. An honest and reliable technician with plenty of skill and always giving good advice. I say that with the experience that he not only rescued my Laptop which had died after coffee was spilt but then when an OS failure occurred on my ancient Imac he replaced the hard drive with an ssd and returned the hard drive to me with lots still on it.

Both turn arounds were very fast and the efficiency and quality of the work was exceptional. I would recommend him to anyone in trouble with a mac as the most efficient and honest assessor of a problem. He is also very fair in his payments and a completely trustworthy. I have since returned to Raj for help with yet another machine which had a corrupted OS. He fixed it with no trouble, installed a new OS, changed the drive to an SSD and it now works wonderfully. That is three machines which were dead and restored to a brilliant fast and effective work horse. Amazing service and so fast. I would recommend this to anyone with an ailing machine. Just ask Raj and he will help you.

I took my water damaged Macbook into Raj at Computer King. He fixed it perfectly despite all the damage and returned it to me within 5 hours . An honest business man with skills and talent who should be applauded for his work . Can't thank him enough.

Raj is one of the most honest technicians you will ever want to meet. Knowledgeable and hardworking. He didn't charge when he found no fault. Even gave me good technical advice that saved me money. Most of all his honesty.

Took my Macbook Pro to repair keyboard and found there is no problem with it threfore did not charge me.

Completely panicked because my laptop went into a coma! Took it straight to Raj at Computer King and he fixed it within a couple of hours. Great service! Will definitely use them again if I have a problem.

We had an emergency with a fairly new Lenovo gaming laptop that had liquid damage (spilled liquid on the keyboard) and we gave Raj a call after we saw the great reviews here. He was really busy already but he told us to bring the laptop in and he'll have a look at it. Once we got there, he immediately opened it for us to assess it and he worked on the same night on it and the day after.

He recorded the whole process to show us what stopped working and what needed to be changed. We didn't know if the situation was reversible but he did manage to save the laptop and have it working like brand new. He also gave us a 3 month warranty and a great price. Amazing customer service, great skills at his job and a great person overall.

Such brilliant service, I needed a new charger for my old MacBook and the gentleman gave me what I needed, and helped me by cleaning the fan in my Mac so that it wouldn’t overheat so much. Lovely service and super kind. Would recommend!! Super knowledgeable and friendly, would definitely come back. He always does any services needed in front of you too, so you can feel safe leaving expensive goods with him, I was worried about my laptop being opened up but being able to see it happen in front of me made me feel so much better! Although I had a few problems to start with Raj sorted them for me very quickly, he knows what he doing is very polite and a very nice person, I would with hesitation use him again and would also very strongly recommend him to anyone.

My macbook died and Raj fixed it in an hour and delivered it to me.

Excellent service provided by Raj at a very reasonable cost, who methodically and promptly repaired my laptop in my presence so I could see step by step the work carried out. It transpired the fault with my laptop was due to faulty workmanship carried out by another West Ealing repair shop to replace the internal CMOS battery which caused damage to the part housing it. Fortunately Raj managed to fix this by securing the battery to the motherboard in such a way that it would stay in place without it working lose again as it did following the previous repair.

I told Raj I would no hesitation in recommending him to anyone I come across and in need of assistance such as with myself. It's not easy to find to find good, honest and reliable people like Raj who I will definitely use again should I have to.

Its a small shop but worked wonders for me when my MacBook had fallen sick. Very clever and know their stuff too.

My computer was running really slow, they suggested adding RAM and resetting my computer. I instantly saw the results in terms of speed. They turned this around very quickly. Would definitely recommend this place!

Raj did a great job fixing up an iMac for me. He reinstalled software and replaced the drive and added more memory. He did this during lockdown so I took the machine to his home and the service was quick friendly and professional. He even threw in a replacement panel screen for free as he had one in the shop.
