I have always found them very helpful and patient when explaining technical issues, and offer a wide variety of services to cover all your IT requirements. Had a brief situation with our business server and Cultrix were quick off the mark to address the issue. Straightforward instruction to address the issue internally and we were back up and running properly within 15 minutes. Happy to say this is far quicker than previous experience with other support providers.
