I honestly don’t know we’re to start, from an instant appointment to fixing my laptop I can’t complain once. The staff are all so friendly and welcoming, I was worried about where to take my laptop but I can honestly say I will not go anywhere else from now on! So reliable and very cheap! Fantastic service at a reasonable price. We are self isolating as a result of positive test in our household. A friend dropped phone off and a lovely lady from the shop delivered it back to our home the same day. Thank you so much my son is chuffed to bits to have his phone back and working. Shattered my iPhone XS screen and the ink came out making the screen not work at all! Took it in to this shop and had a new screen supplied, fitted within the hour with helpful & polite staff! Definitely recommended with very reasonable prices!!

Took daughters phone in with a smashed screen, fixed within a couple of hours, few days later screen went funny, took it straight back replaced straight away for me as it was a faulty screen! Excellent customer service, all staff nice and friendly and lovely to talk too!

Amazing service and lovely staff, took in a faulty iphone 5s and they were able to tell me that I had been duped by the company I bought it from and gave me advice on what to do. Backed up my data and stored it for me until I could get a new phone to put it on. Absolutely fantastic company with lovely staff which I would recommend to anyone who has an issue with their phone or laptop!
