Critical: Professionalism Don't have much to say but I have applied to this company a few times and they turned down my applications and when I look at how talented I am and where I am working I think they are prejudice against people or color. I am all set and I would never apply to this firm again for any part time jobs.

Don't bother putting "tickets" in, they take days to respond, even to the most simple requests. For example, I put a ticket in at 9:00 a.m. to fix a printer connection. Around 3:00 p.m. I would have to reach out, as they never fix a problem without you following up. Someone would hop on my computer and then wouldn't be able to figure it out. then would proceed to tell me that I never had access to the printer and there is nothing they can do when they set me up to the printer in the first place.
That is how ridiculous this service is. I placed a ticket in as urgency on a Monday and it took me 6+ emails (some to supervisors), 4 phone calls and 4 business days to have someone handle it. Would not recommend.

WOW do not hire this company! They are currently the 3rd party IT for my company and what a mistake it was for us to use them. Usually we don't even call them unless we need administrator access because they can not figure out ANYTHING. Most of the time when we put in a "ticket" it takes them so long to respond that we just figure out how to fix it on our own because we can't just do nothing all day.
And there call processing is horrendous! We went with the phone system they suggested and they still can figure out what's wrong with it! Please I'm begging you don't hire them, there is NO doubt you will regret it I guarantee.

We have used BCS since 2003 and have always found them professional and very supportive. When an IT system fails, it's incredibly stressful so good support is critical and we get that with them. Their engineers are friendly and the turnover of staff is low, so consistency of service remains at a good level. I would recommend their service to others.

Over the years I have worked with companies who use BCS for their IT needs such as networks, computer systems, email, back up solutions and general IT training .. I supply digital marketing so we have had common clients over the 16 years I have known of them. They don't try to out tech you with confusing jargon and always supply a solution in a couple of hours maximum.
The team are extremly knowledgeable, helpful and super efficient and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to a small start up or to a larger company that require a secure network over various sites. Great Team... Great Support...
