Lee was spot on and I highly recommend him. Friendly service and was able to fix my desk top PC when windows became corrupt and failed. Took less than half a day and was great value for money.

I couldn't recommend DigitLee more highly. He tried to fix the laptop giving me directions over the phone before I decided I best take it to him. All done very quickly and working fine now. He even fixed a colour issue I had on my printer for free and gave me a great discount on the repair price.

On my partner's recommendation, I travelled from Crewe with 2 non-working laptops and a poorly external hard drive. Lee was able to download all the information and photographs from the equipment and put it on a thumb drive in 6 hours! Thank you Lee. Would definitely recommend.

Lee at Digitlee has come up trumps yet again with another fix on a second laptop for us, the first was my daughter's last year which had a few problems making it very slow. Lee diagnosed it was pretty much loaded with junk from the manufacturer which he cleared, done a few other bits to it and we had it back in a day or two better than new. This time it was my father's. Lee found a couple of wires had become Detached inside.

A couple of hours later we had the laptop back fully repaired and updated and working again like new for less than 40.00. Where else you could get a service like this is anyone's guess. Forget all the high street shops with their false promises and excuses, digitlee is the real deal.

Having been a convert to digital photography way back in 2003, losing access all of to my archived images on an old but previously trusty external hard drive was akin to catastrophe! The mini-USB connector had somehow become detached internally which meant I was unable to connect its lead. I had noticed DigitLee’s advertising while out for a walk and as I only live a short distance from his workshop, I elected to entrust my old external hard drive to Lee’s capable hands for investigation.

For various reasons, it became apparent that any repair to the mini-USB connection port was not viable, which meant obtaining an equivalent 1TB external hard drive then transferring all the data across, which Lee was able to do quite quickly, which meant I now had all my images available again! His fee for the work was very reasonable and included the purchase cost of the replacement external hard drive and I got a nice discount, too!

Lee even collected the failed unit and returned the old HDD and the new external hard drive to my home address, which is great service!

Having found out that he also recycles old laptops and their PSU’s, I will be engaging his services again in the near future to properly dispose of two old laptops which are no longer used, as will my partner. I should say that I have no connection with DigitLee other than being a very satisfied customer!

I used his services last year to fix a broken laptop screen and this was completed quickly and efficiently, which was greatly appreciated as we were in lockdown so was needed for homeschooling. The same day he contacted me to advise that it was the motherboard that was broken and that spare part was around 300 and from Korea. So I decided it would be best to get a new laptop. However, the amazing service didn't stop here. Lee then helped me selecting a laptop for my needs, which is amazing as I have no idea about laptops and I very nearly ordered one that would be useless for my needs.

Not only that he then downloaded all my files from my old laptop onto a memory stick and advised me how to download everything on to my new laptop. Fast, efficient, affordable service! Will definitely be returning again if needed (hopefully not to soon though)!

Yesterday during an update to windows 10 my hard drive failed and my laptop could not detect it or the operating system. The laptop was also due a good clean as the fans where a bit blocked. Lee replaced my hard drive, recovered all the data from it, reinstalled windows and all my drivers, cleaned the fans, heatsinks and keyboards. All in under 24 hours.

Which is amazing service considering he probably had other jobs working as well. Also, my battery probably needs replacing soon, which Lee also noticed and gave me a price for future reference. Brilliant service my laptop feels like a brand new machine!

Lee was great from start to finish. Although we had a few issues with ordering original screen which was out of hands, Lee went beyond to resolve all issues and fixed my laptop screen. Great value & great customer care. Well recommended for any repairs.

Lee was absolutely fantastic in replacing my broken MacBook Pro screen in the middle of a national lockdown when many places (including Apple themselves) weren't interested in taking it. I dropped it off on Tuesday and by Wednesday lunchtime it was done. Attentive, COVID-compliant and all at an incredibly reasonable price. Would definitely recommend his services.

When my Samsung NP700Z5A laptop started shutting down unexpectedly I Initially got in touch with Samsung directly. Unfortunately, they told me they couldn’t help as they don’t support my model anymore! I then found Lee at DigitLee. Lee went through all the possible causes and was able to pinpoint the issue to the motherboard. He gave me costs and timescales before I committed to going ahead with the repair and kept me updated regularly on the progress of the delivery of the motherboard.

Took my Laptop in for a new charging port as it was no longer charging. Within the hour, Lee had ordered a new part and fitted it as soon as it came in the post. I had a cracked laptop screen and needed somewhere to repair it, DigitLee was the first place in the Wirral area that was the best place to get it repaired I got in touch and he responded immediately and was able to take it in to get it fixed. DigitLee was a true professional and assured me it would be fixed within 3 days. He kept me updated and managed to repair it within a day and kindly waited until my pay day today to message me it was ready for pickup (all to avoid me stressing which was very kind of him).

After looking around for somewhere to fix slow laptop and put drivers on i came across Lee. i could not recommend this service enough he went above and beyond and was very professional. happy with the price and the way he kept me informed.
