Can't rate this store enough! Have always received the best services from here both customer and product! Have dealt with the team here for over 20 years and would trust them with any of my products! Having read some of the other low rated reviews, these are total lies and should be ignored completely!

I'm giving one star because it won't let me give no stars, complete con artists, avoid at all costs, they tell you one thing which is a complete lie and then when you confront them about it They are completely dismissive worst customer service I've ever had I will never use this company again! DO NOT TRUST THEM!

I had a welcoming experience, initially. I had a broken screen and they said they could replace it no problem. Once the screen was replace there a fault come up on the phone due it not being a genuine part. I called the shop and they said it would go in couple of days and not worry about it. Try not having a phone for a few days when you run your own business!
After 4 days I had, had enough of waiting and went in to see what they can do. After waiting an hour for the manager due to the staff not knowing what they are doing, he told me there is nothing they can do and that they could buy my phone off me for 75 for an iPhone 13 pro. Very disappointed and won't be coming back.

What a great bunch of guys! Fixed three phones for us in no time flat for a very fair price including microphones, screens and batteries. Explained everything very carefully so we knew what the risks might be when replacing parts. Couldn't have been more helpful. When we discovered one of the new screens was faulty (not their fault) they replaced it immediately no questions asked. And gave us a complimentary glass screen protector and choice of new phone case as an apology for the inconvenience. An excellent company. Highly recommended.

My daughter cracked her iphone x screen and we were recommended to come here by one of the phone shops. The price we were quoted was better than a few of the shops we tried in town and we were told to come back in 1 hour - we did and the iphone was ready! very good quality screen also as ive had my iphone replaced at another shop in town and it wasnt that bright

Just had my Samsung S8 screen replaced today by this shop. Went to most of the other phone shops in town to get it done but no one had in stock. Guys at o2 told me to come here and they had one in stock was original with frame, its was cheaper than the other shops I tried and they had it repaired in just over an hour. Phone looks great now that its repaired, very very happy with quality of the screen and how quick it was done.

They repaired the HDMI port on my sons PS4, tried a few other shops in town but they wanted us to leave the console for 1 week - which my son couldn't part with for that long. we came across this shop which we hadn't seen before in town, we were told that they opened last year. The price quoted for the repair was cheaper than the last shop and that they would have it done for the next day. so we left the ps4 and got a call the next day in the afternoon to say its been done. we came home and tested it and it works fine - they even cleaned the dust out of it! thank you. Will recommend to our friends and family
