We support both PC (Windows or Linux) and Mac. We can help with component upgrades whether it's more memory or a larger hard drive, faster processor, new motherboard etc. We also install software, anti-virus set-up and help with spyware/malware removal. If things are slowing down then a system tune-up and clean-up might help.
We can offer support for an existing network or can advise, install and set up a new network for your business or your home. We can also look after your Linux or Windows Server. If you're a home user and have more than one PC in your home, have you considered networking them together? A home network allows your computers to share photos, documents, videos, and even an internet connection and a printer. This can be done using a wired or wireless (Wi-Fi) network or a combination of the two!

Video Report

All videotapes have limited lifespans. We can transfer your old videotapes to DVD or to an MP4 computer file for your media server or smart TV. If your tape is damaged or broken we will endeavour to repair it and preserve as much footage as possible. A computer file also allows you the possibility of editing your footage before simply loading it onto your media server or smart TV.

Never got a reply from them. It was probably too small a job for them to bother with. Even though I explained my husband had recently had a stroke and was having trouble doing the small job. Fortunately he has now recovered enough to do it.

Eventhough my vhs tape was ruined inside, Tim took the time to fix it and then transfer onto dvd. Very happy we are able to keep these memories now. Great service and communication. Highly recommend and will definitely use you for all the other tapes I would like gradually converting.
